Actually, I can think of one video game character owned by the big WB: Chase McCain from LEGO City: Undercover. He isn't owned by Lego, as not a single Lego City set has been produced with him in it

Despite popular belief, the reason Chuck Norris can't be in Crusade is not because he breaks the 4th Party rule. The reason is that all his attacks do 999 damage, his Final Smash is too gory, and he has a move that impregnates all the female players in the match.

Even as someone who enjoys a good Chuck Norris joke, that post was nothing but spam.

I have a quick question about the 4th party rule, would the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise fall under this category? The games are owned and produced by Activision, sooooo, that's why I'm asking. I know charcaters like Tony Hawk and Bam Margera can't be in Crusade, but what I'm more refering to are stages, like the Warehose and the Hangar? would those be acceptable submissions? Wait, wouldn't characters from the series like Tony Hawk qualify as 3.5 party, as they have appeared in more video games than they have, anything else?

I think that covers it. Stages is a bit of a weird issue... I think the fact that it would be marked as from 'Tony Hawk' makes it ineligible, though the levels are generic like Warehouse and Hanger (so why not just pick something from a different franchise?).
