Crusade Stage Roster Discussion (Part 4) (Done, moved to part 5)

The stage is badly ripped, it has an horrid resolution, it has artifacts, the layout is bland and the pillars arent in the same line of depth, so, no.

Was never ripped, resolution has been fixed, artifacts have been removed, layout is normal as almost all stages in Crusade at the moment, and pillars ARE in the same line of depth.

I will post version with seperated BG and FG and a little less grainy if and when this wins.

Bear in mind, Felipe, that the stage can be worked on. If you can do better with it, I'd actually like to see your version.

You have eye problems then, the pillars arent in the same line of depth, and the borders still have artifacts, and the stage looks bad because of the massive blurryness.

You guys do realize we're still voting on stage roster number and removals right? We're not in a phase to vote for new stages.

Well since everyone else has moved along, maybe someone should confirm the roster number and stages to remove.

After discussing with SK in chat. I will confirm that I will be updating the stage roster alongside SK from now on.

1. Stage number currently will remain unconfirmed for the time being, I will let this go on further.
2. I will also officially confirm that 3 stages has been removed from the roster.
3. We can now start suggesting stages for other misc series.
4. Stage removals can now be suggested at any time instead for a set period of time. Still requires 11 votes for it to be removed.

Replace Forest Maze with Rougeport.
Replace Victory Road with...I don't know.

I want Palace of Winds and Casino Palace off more than anything right now. I can do with the rest.

Ironic that I suggested Victory Road initially, and now I'm voting to replace it with something else.

I know what I want to replace Phazon Mines. It's been right in front of me this whole time:


Space Colony from Super Metroid - it was not only the title screen, but it was also the first level to one of the most beloved Super Nintendo games and what is often called the best Metroid game in the series (I know some say Metroid Prime).

This is also a great stage for Ridley, as you saw him fly at the screen here 30 seconds after turning on your SNES. The stage could even tilt a little like it did in game.

Can you stop suggesting feces stages please DMX? Where do you want to figh in the Space Colony? The Space? there is no playable area there.

Pitching replacements for Victory Road

N's Castle - this shouldn't need an explanation
Other option is Black City / White Forest as a Brawl Mushroomy Kingdom kind of stage (Opelucid City can be used in a similar way). 5th gen introduced version-different locations - this could be a good way to display it.
Also Pokémon Musical could do for a quite unique location to fight in.

OK, I have a new suggestion (don't shoot me) for a stage.

Not a replacement.

A new stage.

It's just an idea, I understand if you all HATE it with a passion, but here goes.

Sanctuary Fortress
This stage is much more normal than Phaaze. You'll fight in the main hub of the area. You know, the light world counterpart of the Quadraxis room? There's lots of platforms here. The only way to die is up, but don't you worry, there are a few annoying little enemies around to help. There's Quads on the bottom floor that will swoop on you like hell if you go down there. After a halfway point is reached (say, someone has half stock, or half the time is left) the room will flash and become the Dark World variant, with the large platform in the middle and a Quadraxis head floating around. Here, you take 1% per second. This stage reps Metroid Prime Trilogy or if you'd prefer, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

Don't kill me. Please? Don't kill me. This stage could be a DLC stage if you'd rather. In fact, there should be a topic for DLC stages.

This is coming from the same guy who doesn't want Opera House because rocks floating above an overworld map would be easier to make with 3D models.

The Space Colony is probably one of the most familiar areas in both the Metroid series and the Super Nintendo library. That main area would be an awesome and nostalgic battle zone. I'll make it.

Voting for Plasma Frigate for Victory Road replacement when the time comes.

And why are we removing Phazon Mines, it didn't get voted to be replaced... and we have enough Super Metroid. If we have to, why not something else from the Prime series (Not Prime 1), or even Metroid II?

oh, in that case then: Swapnote vs. Pictochat. One or the other. For those unaware, Swapnote is sort of like the 3DS version of Pictochat, except you have to download it.

I want Nikki to be a hazard on some stage, so Swapnote it is. I also support Golden's suggested Asteroids stage.
