Hate to bring up old news, but I just realized Sakurai's comment on this image:

Masahiro Sakurai stated the character model features “a familiar artsy style.” Evident from the image, this appears to be 'rim lighting', which was also featured in Super Mario Galaxy. This almost 100% confirms this is a Galaxy stage.

The idea of special lighting for a Galaxy stage sounds awesome.

Upside Down DK is a veteran, though.

That looks like a pretty awesome way to fight, I'd love to try it.

I count get behind that, make a set of standard platforms like the three on Battlefield, invert player 1's character model. That's a hell of a gravity defying gamestyle you have there, and I would love every bit of it.

Wow, who knew Samus was part Amazonian?

Samus was already known to be quite tall.

However, there's also the fact that the suit gives her a bit of a boost and Peach is relatively short.

Fact is, she is about the same height than Wii Fit Trainer.

Does anybody have an idea what the hell that thing is on today's picture? It looks Metroidish IMO, but I never played much of the games, not enough to recognise this place. It's not Pyrosphere, the walls are light brown in that stage.

I welcome myself to the Non-Caring Club. Also, I welcome myself to the Oreo-Caring club at another forum website.

I would still love to see Ridley in SSB4 since he is one of the big Nintendo villains yet to be playable. But from the looks of things, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make at this point after all these Pyrosphere images.
