In some Villager screenshots, you can see his using Boxing Gloves, so they could be new items too.
The same can be said for the Thwomp.

Maybe the Thwomp's an Assist Trophy, or a new Down B transformation for Kirby.

Thwomp is an updated design for Kirby, probably replacing the SM64 Based Thwomp that has been used in other games.
I would assume the boxing gloves are just an attack for Villager.

I'll add the new Thwomp to the Kirby section of OP.
Also, do you guys feel that with the Boxing Ring revamped in a Smash Bros design & Villager shown using boxing gloves, does it effect the belief that Little Mac may not appear playable?
Also, I would like to note that Villager is confirmed to use turnips in his move set according to a description Sakurai posted with an image of him in a snapshot.

There was a leak a friend of mine told me about, which heavily hints as the inclusion of the Nintendo Mii, Pac-Man and Lil Mac.
A NeoGAF user posted this, unedited before the big SSB4 reveal. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=62304489&postcount=2996
Apparently he has the list posted in his E-Mail from someone claiming to be in the loop. He dismissed it then posted it as a laugh.
Now this is hardly bulletproof, but what are the odds that someone would guess not only Mega Man, but the Villager and Wii Fit Trainer too?

Yeah, I heard about that rumor. Pretty insane, if you ask me. Everyone is saying Pikachu looks the same as he did in Brawl, but it appears almost as if his model was ripped straight from Poke Park Wii, he looks a bit thinner to me.

About the Unknown Stage ( 3DS ) i think its a stage for Donkey Kong Country Returns ( 3DS Version ) its remind me a little bit of the Ruins Level look http://images.wikia.com/donkeykong/images/f/fb/RuinsWorld.png ( Sorry i did not find good picture to represent it ) Its only speculation of course

My thoughts about the Pac Man, Little Mac, Mii rumor:
Sakurai has said that even though Namco helped make the game, they aren't getting any special treatment character-wise (meaning a Namco character isn't "guaranteed"). Mega Man was added because he has a long history with Nintendo (starting on the NES, and helping the system become successful) and was developed specifically with the NES Mega Man games in mind. Pac Man, while he does have Nintendo relevance, isn't known for his Nintendo appearances (Pac Man is undoubtedly known for his arcade appearances, and to a lesser extent the Pac Man World games, the original being a Playstation 1 exclusive for a while). His only substantial Nintendo appearances have been in crossover Mario Kart GP titles, which are probably his biggest ties with Nintendo. Also considering that Sakurai has stated that it takes quite a bit of effort to include 3rd party characters (making sure that all parties involved are satisfied), he isn't going to go through the trouble to add a character that he thinks isn't important enough to Nintendo.
As for Little Mac, he is up in the air. In my opinion the boxing gloves that Villager is using is a reference to Punch-Out, and that they are a part of his moveset (and not a separate item, since I've only seen the Villager use them, and no one else) which was a playable NES game in the Gamecube version of Animal Crossing (which is also why Balloon Fight can be referenced as well). This could mean that Little Mac isn't appearing at all, or it could mean jack squat. Time will tell.
Mii... after the announcement of Wii Fit Trainer and Villager, I really don't want Miis in the game. For one thing, the Villager is already a character that represents the player character in his respective game, something that the Miis do as well (both can be customized as well). Wii Fit Trainer also represents the "Wii-series" of games, and in my opinion having the Mii as a playable character would be quite redundant in that regard. If the Villager and/or Wii Fit Trainer weren't in, my opinion would be different, but as it stands for now I'm against Miis getting in.

I feel the exact same way about the Mii. They're kind of unneeded when we already have Wii Fit Trainer and Villager.

I agree about the Mii.
Speaking of Mii's, I would be soo pissed if the boxing ring eventually turns out to be a Mii stage (from the 1st Mii game that came with the Wii) rather than the Punch Out stage.

I hope the character customization for 3DS will not be the Mii but that could happen Nintendo Land show that the Mii is pretty important at a certain level at least also in Fortune Street you can buy diffentent thing to cutomize your Mii like new t-shirt or armor form Dragon Quest ... Also if Namco-Bandai do the game i hope the customization system will be good beacause in Soul Calibur that was excelent .

The fighting ring looks kinda similar to a Final Destination stage.
I hope you guys realise there is a smash bros ball on it, right?

We've noticed it, yes.
The Smash Ball on it could mean that it's a Smash-unique stage, which I would be fine with. However, I also brought up the possibility that it is different because it isn't the "World Circuit" like in Punch-Out; It's Smash Brothers, and in turn the stage was altered to match that. It'd be the first time something like that would happen (with maybe the exception of the Animal Crossing stage being called "Smashville" in Brawl, but that was just to give a generic name to something that didn't have a definitive name), but there is a first for everything.
Again, it's one of those things that can't really be decided one way or the other until more things are confirmed in the future.

I've been on a lot of sites claiming to have a confirmed character list for the game and people still believe its true like this one http://www.gamesradar.com/super-smash-bros-wii-u-characters-must-join-roster/, Do people really believe that stuff when every site has a different list? Even every wiki has a different list I think people are making these up to get a laugh from people who believe it am I right?

People who try those things are just ignorant. And those who believe in it are obviously misguided.
@Keven, the customization will be with characters, not the Mii.
Also, there are tons of evidence pointing out many references of the Punch Out series on that stage.

I've only played Punch-Out for the NES, and that was some time ago. SK, I remember you saying that you saw specific references to Punch-Out on the stage. Could you possibly list those?

I think I found a source that would explain it better than I could. Credit to Maricalistaro from Smashboards for finding it on GameFaqs.
Maricalistaro wrote:
Somebody on gamefaqs posted this. The stars are what sinks it for me. It is absolutely a punch out stage. Does that mean we will absoulutely 100% get little mac? No but this does increase his chances I'd imagine. The punch out games had a bunch of "Circuits" to fight though this one is a "Super Smash Bros. Circuit" if you will. It's actually pretty darn clever.
First off, the audience is human, so you can rule out any possibility that this is a Kirby themed stage (all Kirby boxing rings have Kirby characters instead). The marquee's in the background are all dot styled, which is consistent with the marquees in Punch Out Wii, and even the title screen and round indicators for Mike Tyson's Punch Out.
All logos in Punch Out Wii are adorned with clusters of stars, which are usually in 3's because triple star punches are the most powerful punch in the game, as well as the "leaf vines" on the sides (forgive me; I don't know the term for this) and a ribbon at the top. The logo in the ring, while being smash themed, shares all of these characteristics.
3 star cluster on bottom: https://i.imgur.com/QSCAXpe.jpg Minor/Major/World Circuit Emblems: https://i.imgur.com/oWzpteX.jpg
The ring ropes are also identical in both color and configuration as the Major Circuit ring in Punch Out Wii. Similarly, the corners are all identical colors and positions as the Punch Out Wii corners.
Major Circuit ropes, and World Circuit ribbon: https://i.imgur.com/UV4O3mB.png
Also, it's worth noting that the final fight in Punch Out Wii, Mr. Sandman, has a very particular entrance for both his Title Defense and Contender fights. He approaches the ring while there's a green laser light show that goes on behind him. Well, check this out...

Same green laser show.
It would be real silly to think this is not a Punch Out themed stage. There is an abundance of intentional details that suggest otherwise.
