| Doc's Opinion Time:
Luigi's Mansion This one should be a placeholder Luigi's Mansion stage for now. I feel that Dark Moon will bring us a new mansion that we'd want to fight at.
Airship Armada Why isn't this Bowser's Castle? That is a dream Smash Bros. stage for anyone. It could still be Super Mario Bros. 3 style and the Airships could be in the background. Common sense right there.
Club Sugar I don't know exactly what would happen here, and I'm a big time WarioWare fan. Is there a game in the series that I missed out on that shows potential for Club Sugar as a stage? Until then, I would replace this with Diamond City.
Palace of Winds Uh...Am I missing something here or is Four Swords Adventures just that amazing that it has more priority than Majora's Mask and/or Skyward Sword? I'd swap this out for Clock Town or Skyloft.
Victory Road It's a familiar place and it's been in every Pokemon game, but it lacks any uniqueness. Seriously - Poketopia would even be a better stage. I actually thought Goldenrod City would be a cool Pokemon stage if we based off of its appearance in the anime.
Pokemon Colosseum This better be Mt. Battle or Relgam Tower.
Casino Palace Having this AND Waluigi Pinball is a bit excessive. F-Zero has more reputable areas than this. What happened to Green Plant, Aeropolis (my favorite track), Sand Ocean, Fire Field, and Lighting?
The rest are good...for now. |

| I like 120, though I think that number should be reached partly by adding some stages that dont have characters repping the series. Like our Space Invaders stage, or like Q*Bert, or Excitebike (yeah, he's a DLC candidate but he isn't winning currently). |

Vaati is on the roster, bruh Gooey is on the roster, bruh. BEST REP KIRBY DREAM LAND 3. We can't forget about the Arcade Classic stages, including Q*Bert and Space Invaders. I think there should be no more than 10 of those. |

| @DMX:
Agreed on Airship Armada, I wasn't here for the Mario poll... But this isn't too bad and still iconic.
Club Sugar is just WarioWare brawl, basically, with a different background.
Palace of Winds... it won because Skyloft is boring (I'd be cool with something like Lanayru Desert for the time gimmicks). Majora's Mask was originally going to be repped within Ocarina Medley, but people didn't want it in the end. Otherwise, Great Bay probably would have gotten in (Which is bad imo, we already have 3 Smash Zelda stages). If we go with Majora, how about Stone Tower Temple? It'd be really cool with the flip mechanic.
Victory Road is iconic. But whatever replaces it, it HAS to be from gen V. The 'rep every gen' option won back then, and no one is going to revert that. I can't think of much else that would be good for B/W, though... except maybe Giant Chasm, but that's another 'legendary does something' stage.
Colosseum is Relgam Tower.
Casino Palace was due to the lack of a casino stage.... Waluigi Pinball doesn't count. I think my favorite is Aeropolis too, but I thought Casino Palace would be more unique. Whatever works.
@PH: Yeah, some series that are unrepresented. Just a few ideas:
Dragon Shores - Iconic location from the early Spyro games, is essentially a small theme park by the ocean. We have a Crash stage, and many wanted a Spyro stage.
Pufftop - While many Nintendo series are represented already, we forgot about one very important one - Starfy. He's had 5 games at this point and earned his spot as an Assist Trophy in Brawl. So why isn't he in this game at all? Pufftop is the main location, and deserves a spot.
Sloprano - Conker stage. Just... the fact that you're fighting on feces above feces with feces in the background throwing feces is enough to give this a spot.
Nintendo Land - The newest game on the Wii U, this deserves a place. I really don't know how it'd best be represented, but... it's Nintendo Land!
The Gardens - I'm just gunna throw this idea out here as a replacement for Pictochat/Swapnote - A basic grassland stage. However, the real gimmick comes from Maxwell in the background. Basically, Maxwell will create ANY object and place it on the stage. It could be a wall, a dog, a car, Cthulu.... This is truly what a Scribblenauts stage should be. Just a random mess of objects that interact with the players while they fight. The ultimate gimmick. |

I feel like color scheme, design, and layout wise, Waluigi Pinball would be too similar to Casion Palace... And just any SS or MM stage PLEASE. Also, Nintendo Land. |

@DMX, by that logic, we can't have Good Egg Galaxy, because it's layout could easily be given to another Mario Grassland stage.
of course, the balancers won't let us change GEG, Rice Beach, or Veggie Valley |

| Eh, GEG is my biggest concern. That's a great competitive layout. VV and RB, not so much. They're good, but not great and with 120 stages I'm sure we'll get better ones. Can't really top GEG though, that's up there with BF layout. |

| IMO the Good Egg Galaxy layout could easily be givin to another stage more fitting for that type of blandness. |

| If you want to do that, go ahead. Really the balancers dont get a say in stages like we do with characters, it's just that none of us are likely to vote for changes that go against competitive to some extent, it's just naturally the way we play the game. |

| Question is, if we're moving GEG's layout to another stage, what stage will it be? |

The problem is that Waluigi Pinball, design and color wise, looks a lot like Casino Palace. And please, what would you rather have for F-Zero? Casino Palace.... or something like Aeroplois? |

| You see this? The potential that bleeds out of the other F-Zero tracks.
I'm for either Aeropolis, Lightning, Fire Field, or Green Plant.
EDIT: Stages that could take Good Egg's layout: Urban Ruins (Sin & Punishment: Star Successor) Skyworld [Brawl] (Kid Icarus) <- We would have to un-Brawl it. Club Sugar (WarioWare, Inc.) <- Most likely, I think.

| Airship Armada, in favor of Bowser's Castle Phazon Mines, in favor of a Metroid Fusion Stage Victory Road, in favor of Giant Chasm City Escape, in favor of something relevant. by that I mean Space Colony Ark(in specifics Crazy Gadget) Opera House, in favor of either The Moon(FF4) or Merged World(FF5) Casino Palace, in favor of White Land, or Fire Fields Grunty's Furnace Fun, in favor of anything else
Also Kingdom Hearts Stage should be added, since it is Square's second best selling franchise And a Second Kanto Rep for Pokemon Conker Stage Spyro Stage |

| Supporting the Kingdom Hearts stage too. Even though Sora isn't in the game, he probably and hopefully will be in as DLC (considering the polls currently), and there are some places for good stages. Some that I could remember: • Destiny Islands • Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden • The World That Never Was • Twilight Town • End of the World - as a note, it's perfect for a layout changing gimmick like Castle Siege • Castle Oblivion • Traverse Town |
