I suggest Jungle, the end of it where you fight through the base door. There would be lots of pitfalls yet also platforms everywhere so you aren't dying overly easily. There is only a left blastline, floor and ceiling, the right side is the base door which fires things into the stage |

| Because there are so many stage ideas from Contra, I believe 1 stage is good enough to represent that series especially when Contra has such a high quality of nostalgia. |

In any case i think the layout of our stage should go from the rightmost part and cutoff where the leaves hanging down aren't as low. Of course the blastline wouldn't be that short |

| Let's just call it "The Jungle" for the stage. It will really excite long-time Contra fans and it won't disgrace the stage with some lame title.
I think that it would be best to focus on a part of the level that isn't the end base part. I'd like to do something that would incorporate the bridges exploding. The stage would start the players in the middle of the two bridges and that area (including the bridges) would be the main fighting area, until (after a specified time) one of the bridges explodes.
Under the bridges will be more ground area, even though it isn't in the actual level. Sooner or later, the second bridge will explode. This shouldn't unbalance the battle ground- the second bridge should still be at a height that any character can get up to. |

| Having floors under the bridges defeats the bridge gimmick. That would be like having a floor under the bridge of eldin. Also that middle area is pretty boring, it would basically be the Eldin stage but split up |

| I guess it would be something like that. The point of the stage is that it's almost a layout-change in disguise. It will be really eventful battle. |

We already have a lot of static stages and we will get more as time passes. Killing the obvious potential like here is kinda dumb imo |

| I believe the waterfall would actually be a better option as we don't have a stage like that as of yet. (As far as I know) and it is a fairly unique idea, sure it can be a nightmare to fight on, but still fun as heck and adds a constant feel on danger to the mix, meaning changing the battle style completely. |

| I don't think it should be a scrolling stage, for I think we're doing that with a Yoshi's Island stage and there are more stages like Airship Armada, Poke Floats 2, and possibly Casino Palace, that will auto scroll. |
