Why is that? Namco can do what the want with Heihachi, even if it means that he is in both Smash 4 and Playstation All-Stars.

I mean, the games are years apart, and it's not like Namco is under contract to have Heihachi in only one.

Project Sora is the group that Sakurai made that involved Sora Ltd. and Nintendo working on Kid Icarus Uprising. Now that Uprising is finished, there is no need for the group anymore.

Sora Ltd. is Sakurai's studio.

Project Sora =/= Sora Ltd.

Oh wow, so its the matter of fan support & Sakurai's approval for a Tekken character. I'd prefer Pac Man though

-Better Online
-Better and Longer, much much longer, Adventure Mode.
-A Legandary Pokemon Rep From Each Gen (Mewtwo, Celebi, Deoxys, Lucario, Victini)
-Alts. (Like what we have for Samus) [Peach gets Daisy ]
-A Capcom Character (I want Megaman but lets face it Its gonna be Ryu)
-A Namco Character (Hopefully Pacman)
-Sonic and Shadow
-Snake and Bomberman
-An Activision Rep (Crash or Spyro)
-Banjo Kazooie Plox
-A better Stage Builder (like being able to upload a Backround and Tiles to the game, and Possibly Music)

Mega Man is the most requested character for SSB4.
What makes you think Ryu takes precedence?

I know I read somewhere that even the director of the Street Fighter series feels that Ryu is not the best choice. Even going as far as preferring M.Bison for Smash over Ryu
