| Discuss whether or not you think Pokémon Trainer should be added to Super Smash Bros. Crusade.

| Here are my only changes for the Trainer, if he joins to the game:
-General: Unlike in SSBB, he no longer appears at the background of the stage. He now fights at the stage. For each one of his moves, he summons a Pokémon.
-Normal Moves: -Neutral (x1): Punch -Neutral (x2): Double Punch -Neutral (x3): Kick -Side Attack: Turtwig uses Tackle -Up Attack: Totodile uses Scratch -Down Attack: Diglett uses Dig
-Dash Attack: Slide kick, while Geodude uses Rollout
-Aerial Moves: -Neutral Aerial: Flying Kick -Front Aerial: Rattata uses Tail Whip -Up Aerial: Goldeen uses Waterfall -Back Aerial: Hitmontop uses Rolling Kick -Down Aerial: Pidgey uses Aerial Ace, diving against the enemy
-Grabs: (for grabbing, Pokémon Trainer calls Chikorita, who uses Vine Whip) -Pummel: Punches enemy -Front Throw: Hitmonchan uses Close Combat -Up Throw: Machoke uses Seismic Toss -Back Throw: Staryu uses Swift -Down Throw: Aipom uses Fury Swipes
-Smash Attacks: -Side Smash: Chespin uses Cut -Up Smash: Buneary uses Jump Kick -Down Smash: Staravia uses Gust
-Special Attacks: -Neutral Special: Starter Surprise: The Pokémon Trainer summons a Pokémon which uses an abilty: -Charmander: Flamethrower -Totodile: Water Gun (Unlike in SSB-games, Water Gun damages enemies) -Treecko: Razor Leaf
-Side Special: Rock Smash: The Pokémon Trainer summons Hitmonchan, who uses Rock Smash, punching his enemy and breaking a rock at the same time.
-Up Special: Fly: The Pokémon Trainer summons Swellow, who uses Fly for attack upwars it's enemies.
-Down Special: Body Slam: The Pokémon Trainer summons Snorlax, who uses Body Slam against his enemies.
-Final Smash: Triple Finish: The Pokémon Trainer summons Typhlosion, Blastoise, and Sceptile, which use Flare Blitz, Hydro Pump, and Solar Beam, respectively, against the enemies. Sometimes, if the attack impacts on enemy, the hit can be critical (more chances of being critical if the opponent has higher damage)
-Extra: Female and Male versions for the Trainer
What do you think? Comment, please. |

| There's just far too many Pokemon to make a proper moveset unless the moveset used the most popular Pokemon of every type.
I don't think the Trainer should fight on his own, really. |

I don't think the Trainer should fight on his own, really. At least I tried to be a bit more original in the planning of his moveset...Right? |

| To be honest, if POKéMON Trainer, then either his Brawl appearance, or not at all. |

| If we used the same thing that he was in Brawl, then there would be too many Gen 1 Pokemon. Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and Mewtwo is enough. (Maybe one more but three more is overkill) |

| I agree. Hence why I think Solo Charizard should be playable instead. |

Or, how aout him fighting at the stage and summoning a Pokémon who makes a random technique per move like in the moveset I wrote above? |

| That would be godawful. The only reason POKéMON Trainer was made in the first place was to not fight himself but instead use his POKéMON to fight for him. |

| Support, though I wouldn't be opposed to his three Pokes just being their own slots |

Maybe a pokemon trainer from another gen could join with different pokemon. Anyways, I support Red joining (as long as his pokemon are fully evolved. If they are in their same evolution stages as in brawl then Red's been slacking) |

| If Red joined, here are some possible changes - Forgot the spoiler tag the first time, oh well:
Alternative playstyle - Single only one pokemon will be playable. As such, Squirtle would get Rain Dance, Ivysaur would get Solar Beam, and Charizard would replace Rock Smash with Flare Blitz with Rock Smash becoming the Down B. And their Final Smash would have them do the same move they would do in Triple attack but as a singular attack.
Remove stamina Trainer - Pokemon Change: The regular version. It would have decreased lag compared to Brawl and would have Red both retrieve and throw the active and benched pokemon at the same time
Attacking Pokemon Change: A variant of Pokemon Change in which the pokemon leaving the bench would do a attack before the active pokemon would leave. The attack can be chosen by pressing an input right after down B. Can be used during a combo to extend it. Its Basically an assist type move from Marvel Vs Capcom
Squirtle - Water Gun: It should do damage instead of being a carbon copy of F.L.U.D.D
(Single) Rain Dance: Summon a rainstorm to boost the damage of all water moves done by Squirtle. Said rainstorm spans the entire stage and stays for 7 seconds. Has a 15 second cooldown.
Ivysaur - Bullet Seed: Ivysaur should have the ability to angle this move
Razor Leaf: This move should send out more than one leaf
Vine Whip: Needs to be fixed. Some ideas for it are 1.Replace it 2.Change it into a helicopter like move with the whips 3.Allow Vine Whip angling
(Single) Solar Beam:Same as PM except it can be angled
Charizard - Increase the height of its jumps (even if only a little)
Give it a float
(Single) Flare Blitz:Same as Sm4sh
