Now I know, I know, I can here you all screaming it from a mile away, "WHAT ABOUT RASH?!"
Well, here's my point of view:
To be blunt, despite being the leader of The BattleToads, Zitz hasn't been given much respect. He was Player 2 in the first game, got kidnapped in BattleManiacs, and was only the hero once (in the Game Boy Game). Sure, he was in the awesome arcade game and The Double Dragon crossover, but other than that, Zitz was put aside in favor the sunglass-wearing Rash, who technically is the weakest toad on the team.
But I digrass...Why should Zitz be in SSBC?
Well...
1) Representing the BattleToads as the team's leader.
2) BattleToads is making somewhat of a comeback.
3) Unlike Rash and Pimple, could offer a balance of brute force and stamina.
4) Did you know he was once voiced by Goku?
...OK, that last one wasn't important, but still!
Zitz would be a balanced mid-heavyweight character. Naturally being a toad, Zitz could jump very high, meaning his Up B is somewhat of a bust. He also is fairly agile and powerful, and would offer a close-range, in-your-face-type playstyle.
Moveset:
A: A Punch forward.
A + A: Another Punch with the opposite hand.
A + A + A: See A.
A + A + A + A: See A + A.
A + A + A + A + A: A Giant-Fisted forward jab.
A >: Zitz delivers a headbutt.
A ^: Zitz preforms an uppercut.
A v: Zitz slams his clentched fists to the ground.
Running A: Zitz loads his foot back as it turns into a giant boot, and then kicks his opponent forward.
A SMASH >: Same as A >, Only now its more powerful thanks to some sprouted ram horns.
A SMASH ^: Same as A ^, Only the uppercut fist is bigger, dealing more damage.
A SMASH v: Same as A v, Only both fists are supersized, which--you guessed it--does more damage.
Air A: Zitz delivers an aireal punch.
Air A Forward: Zitz swings his knee.
Air A Backward: Zitz slams his feet back.
Air A Up: Zitz dives his head upwards.
Air A Down: Zitz slams his feet to the ground.
Grab: Zitz grabs his opponent by the crotch area.
Pummel: Zitz punches his foe in the groin.
Forward: Zitz punches his foe in the groin two more times, and the swats the away with a giant fist.
Backward: Zitz throws his opponent over him with his feet.
Up: Zitz turns his opponent around and literally kicks their butt.
Down: Zitz slams his opponent to the ground, then punches them in the face three times.
Special Move (B): Kiss My Fist: Simiar to the Falcon Punch, only it's more powerful and the fist is bigger. Unlike other big-fisted attacks, this one has spikes growing out of the knuckles. Also, there's no flame effect, but you all probably knew this...
Side Special (B Side): BattleDozer: Zitz rushes forward has both his arms form a spiked bulldozer front. This move not only hurts opponents, but can also bounce back projectile attack.
Up Special (B Up): Soarin' Sawblade: Zitz swings his leg upwards as it turns into a chainsaw.
Down Special (B Down): Drilla Killa: Zitz turns his arm into a drill, which digs a hole in the ground for others to get trapped in.
Final Smash: The Spinnin' Saw: Zitz curls himself up and forms into a Giant Buzzsaw. Works similar to Pikachu's Volt Tackle, only this move has a set path and cannot be controlled. When the move is finished, Zitz returns to where his stood when the move was activated.
Stage Entrance: Zitz flies on down to the arena with his Jetpack.
Taunt: A fly buzzes by Zitz, as his tounge darts out to eat it.
Win Pose: Zitz breaths into his fist and rubs it against his chest. He then dials a few buttons on his glove and materializes out of the set.
Lose Pose: Zitz claps for the victor.
Soooo...What do you think?
