Crusade Stage Roster Discussion (Part 3)

FF7 could have Nibelheim Reactor as it's stage. The Nibelheim Incident is probably one of the most notorious events in the FF7 Universe, and was a major part of every FF7 related game. It's where Sephiroth first becomes a villain after being the world's hero for a long time, and destroys the reactor while also burning down the entire town and battling off both Cloud and Zack. This event also led to Zack's death and Cloud's rise to become the Cloud we know.

Also i suggested the Chocobo race stage from 7 for the Chocobo character. There's also Shinra HQ, the Slums, the Airship, the Forgotten Forest, and Aeris' church. Planet Core is of course another obvious choice.

Hm... ok, since I don't want FF7 to get 2 reps, I'm going to give another suggestion: Castle of Ordeals. Important to FF1 in which you get the Tail and find Bahamut, the Dragon King, who gives you the class change. As far as gimmicks so you guys vote for it, it was originally a maze, so we could have a complicated layout (Like Temple or our Yoshi's Island) with random FF enemies. Would be funny if we did a classic FF1 battle scene if you touch an enemy, but that seems too complicated.

FF4 and 13 may be good too, but I guess we should have a FF1 stage. And I think this would be more enjoyable than Chaos Shrine.

Of course, but with 5 FF7 choices on the poll, people may vote for 2 of them and ignore all the other good choices.

If we must have a Chocobo stage, maybe something from FFV (Black Chocobo Forest?), as that game had a heavy emphasis on Chocobo (And was the debut of the song Mambo de Chocobo )... but then we have to give up a FF1 stage. I'd rather we just didn't have a Chocobo stage at all. Many times throughout these stage polls we ignored giving characters reps (Chun-Li, Tingle, Samurai Goroh, Roy, Shadow)... and Chocobo can really fit anywhere, can't he?



... upon closer look at our roster, we don't really have a volcanic area... so maybe Mt Gulg from FF1 would be appropriate over Castle of Ordeals. Not sure. But I'm afraid to offer more choices when votes get split, and thus we end up with 2 from one game (This almost happened with Sonic and SA2)...

Tbh I didn't even know Airships existed in FF until I played Theatrhythm... I still have a hard time believing technology in a universe I originally believed to just be swords and magic. But that's irrelevent now.

Why are we voting for Airships when we have a stage called 'Airship Armada' from Mario Galaxy/SMB3, which look very similar to the ones from Final Fantasy?

Because we should vote to replace Airship Armada with Bowser's Castle when the time comes
Anyway, Chaos Shrine, Chocobo Forest, and Opera House.

@Roy uhhh technology is one of THE biggest aspects of FF that stands out a lot in every game. Swords and magic heroes set in a world full of technology far more advanced than anything our world has
