I don't think Hyrule Temple should get in if we already have Ocarina Medley. Instead I'm rooting for Twilight Realm to beat out TRL, but i doubt it at this point unless votes change straight from TRL to Twilight Realm.
Skip to 5:37 to see what the Twilight Realm stage would generally look like (or rather, be designed around). Correct me if i'm wrong, but I do believe that's the area in mind for that stage choice.
Compared with the TRL choice. Actually I have no idea where the stage would take place because that's an entire game, not an area, but here's a gameplay video that shows a few different things. If someone has a video that shows where the stage might actually take place, feel free to correct me with that. Until then, watch this video for an idea of the game:
Personally, I would much rather have Twilight Realm than TRL, not even because of all the reasons i've already given against TRL on it's own, but additionally because Twilight Realm is a much cooler stage.
Um yea... Today was suppose to be the deadline for this series, but seems like this discussion is still active. Might consider giving it extra days, probably Saturday.
I don't think Hyrule Temple should get in if we already have Ocarina Medley.
Because of representation? Because Hyrule Temple represents Zelda II.
That was one reason, obviously an invalid one. Another reason being that I don't feel it fits Crusade's style very well, but i could be proven wrong with that. And finally because it's so competitively banned, at least other choices have a potential for competitive use pending stage design. But that's just me being competitively obsessed
He's right about it not fitting Crusade's style. Crusade doesn't have very many giant stages, and frankly it's hard to imagine for some weird reason.
Of course, I might just be subconsciously saying this as an excuse because my main reason is that it's been in Melee, Brawl, AND SSF2. It's so overused in my eyes, and I still don't know why...
IIRC Rupeeland doesn't appear in Tingle's Rupeeland. It's just an objective that Tingle tries to get to, only to get shot down cause the guy who would try to help Tingle get to Rupeeland turns out to be a demon. So it isn't really a location shown. So currently we're basically voting for a stage from Tingle's Rupeeland, though not sure what.

WINNING CANDIDATES AT THIS POINT:
1st. Ocarina Medley 2nd. tie between Tal Tal Heights & Palace of Winds 3rd. tie between Tingle's RupeeLand stage, Hyrule Temple, & Twilight Realm 4th. tie between Great Bay & Skyloft (closest runner ups, but still losing)
Maybe that's because not many people actually know anything about the game. I never knew Tingle had a spinoff series until I followed this disscussion. The reason Twilight Realm (or the Palace of Twilight if we wanted it to be based off of PH4's video) surpassed TRL is because it is undeniably more well known than any game Tingle solo starred in. And it just looks epic. Had my vote from the start.
How about Sunshine Seashore from Rupeeland? Fastfoward to 1:38 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51eI1-0oWjw&feature=relmfu
This is how the stage can be. There will be 2 islands with a big body of water and a long bridge between them. Certain areas of the bridge can collapse and the 3 fruity looking construction workers come to the rescue to fix the bridge. Afterwards, they do their "Boom, Boom" dance for the laughs.
Each of the 2 islands will have its stage hazards. And in the air we can have a party of balloons drifting between islands in the air with items or a bomb tied to it.
Doesn't matter to me, as long as we get a Tingle stage.

I thought tingle's rupeeland was an actual stage... I didn't want to vote on which tingle rupeeland stage should get in...
Also, even though ik this isn't gonna win one bit: Why don't you combine a stage for Tingle and Balloon Figher through Tingle's spinoff of Balloon Fighter?
Ik... Stupidest selection i've come up with... But i tried..

Tingle shouldnt rep the Balloon Fight series imo. That would be like a Yoshi stage representing both Yoshi and Mario series. Balloon Fight is the original title of the Ballon games with other series that are spin offs of mainstream games only copied its gameplay influenced by the original.
On top of that, SP had already sprited the Balloon fight stage and ready for coding

SK we are already repping Mario and Yoshi in a Yoshi Stage SNES there were 2 or 3 Mario and Yoshi Games. Bowser Bedroom Mario is on Yoshi's Back in this Battle.
Vote Change: Great Bay (Can Rep Tingle Sence he is Literally In the Stage) Twlight Realm (Trying to beat out Rupeeland)(Plus I want this Stage) Hyrule Temple (^) Skyloft(^)

As much as Tingle's place would be nice, I think the Twilight Realm would be more unique, with the light orbs and Zant, as well as the ability to make a unique layout.
SK, your layout sounds like a modified Bridge of Eldin... I really don't want yet another flat stage.
Though, if it really comes down to it, I'll switch back to TRL if needed to beat out Hyrule Temple or Great Bay.

Yeti, the point im trying to make was this. Lets say we didnt have any Mario stages or Yoshi stages. You had to pick 1 or the other to rep one or both. Would you pick the mainstream Mario games or the spin off of the Yoshi games?
Another thing, I really dont see the point of having Great Bay to rep Tingle since he was originally a stage hazard when he will be playable. Imagine a playable Tingle fighting at Great Bay where there is a Tingle as a stage hazard. Dont you think that is kinda off?

Right, but its not like we can't pick a stage out of the game just cause we currently don't know what stage exactly we want from the game.
Ok, by that logic let's combine all of the Skyward Sword votes into one tally. Skyward Sword stage gets in by a landslide

I know what you mean, but since no one specifically suggest what area in the game would be the ideal choice, we just pick Rupeeland stage rep in general for those support the idea of the Zelda spin off series getting a stage. Remember that Yoshi Island SNES won its respective vote without knowing what exact location of the game

But it's not entirely about game representation, its also about location and design. If game repping was all that mattered, my example again comes back. I dont think it would be fair that 10 people who wanted Tingle repped would be able to win against 14,15 people who wanted Skyward Sword repped, simply because of differences in location picks. Basically, I think a stage or 2 should have been chosen as the TRL stage, it's toolate for this anyway though if the vote is ending saturday. In the future, I thnik it is best if only locations are consiered for the polls, not entire games
