Ability/Gimmick: Sparkling State: As Pulseman runs around, he builds up electricity around his body, akin to how Plasma Kirby builds up static electricity from dashing around in the Kirby games said ability appears in. When Pulseman builds up electricity, any move that involves the use of electricity gets powered up, having more range and increased in power. After using an attack that uses electricity, the charge dissipates and he'll have to recharge. All his special moves are affected by the Sparkling State, some requiring it to even function.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Neutral Special: Slash Arrow: Pulseman fires a blast of electricity forward. The projectile moves forward for a medium distance and deals minor-moderate damage. Pulseman can only use this attack if he has an electric charge active, otherwise nothing happens.
Origin: Slash Arrow is an attack Pulseman uses in his game of the same name. It is a projectile attack that has moderate range and can only be used if he is in his Sparkling State.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Side Special: Lightning Dash: Pulseman quickly dashes forward, becoming invincible for the frames he is dashing. While dashing, he can phase through opponents and projectiles with the granted invinvibility, but he is vulnerable after the dash and during the start up. If Pulseman is in his Sparkling State, he can deal damage when he dashes. This move can be used for recovery purposes, but when used in the air, he transitions into his helpless animation.
Origin: Lightning Dash is a technique used by Pulseman in his game. When dashing, Pulseman becomes invincible and is able to pass through enemies and hazards without taking damage. While Pulseman's Lightning Dash doesn't deal damage, his rival Veil, who shares the same abilities as him and to a greater extent than Pulseman, has a Lightning Dash that deals damage.

Up Special: Volltteccer: Pulseman's transforms into a ball of electricity and flies upwards at a 45 degree angle. This move deals moderate damage and knockback and he can use this move continuously as long as he bounces off of a wall or solid surface. He cannot bounce off of opponents. Voltteccer's power and distance all depends if he is in his Sparkling State.
Origin: Pulseman's signature move that inspired Pikachu's Volt Tackle. This was Pulseman's main method of progressing through a stage, able to bounce off of walls and able to travel through electric wires. Voltteccer continued as long as Pulseman continued to bounce off of walls.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Down Special: Electric Burst: Pulseman fires off a burst of electricity from his body to deal damage and act as a defensive measure against attacking opponents. Pulseman has to be in his Sparkling State in order for it to be used.
Origin: *WARNING! SLIGHT SAKURAI-ING HAS BEEN USED!* Pulseman was able to perform an a burst of electricity from his body if he wasn't in his Sparkling State when attempting to use Voltteccer. So I incorporated this into a down special and voila.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Final Smash: Volttecc Energy Upgrade: Pulseman receives a Volttecc Energy upgrade and is permanently put into his Sparkling State for 18 seconds. As he is in a pseudo permanent Sparkling State, all his electric attacks are fully charged and will not decrease in power until the final smash ends.
Origin: In-game, there is a power up called "Volttecc Energy" that puts him permanently in his Sparkling State until he loses a life or clears the stage. Since he is in a permanent Sparkling Stage, he can use Slash Arrow and Voltteccer infinitely.
