hmm, at least release a censored patch, beeps and censorship bars aren't too hard to add. i'd say make him pg-13, that shouldn't be too hard, right?

I think a censored bar or blurry pixels will do the trick.

I don't think Conker actually shows anything that inappropriate that blurry pixels would be necessary (iirc, blurry pixels are usually used when a character is naked or somethin'). Censored bar could be put over his mouth if he cusses, and put a little BLEEP in there as well.

agreed, other than his potty mouth, conker isn't really that offensive, it's the world he lives in that's offensive.

Good point, thought that game was cancelled. However, it does make 2 out of Conker's 5 games appropiate for kids; it's a 2;3 ratio. Not saying that it shouldn't have the trademark humor, just saying this should add much more proof that it isn't actually a necessity.

Also you can have SOME inappropriate humor while still keeping within an E rating. Like I said in my Duke Nukem thread, you can keep the core of the character and the humor without dropping F-bombs everywhere.

(Note that I've never played a Conker game myself, but I understand the basic concept of the humor)

Yeah, what do you think Nuts and Bolts was? A Banjo Kazooie game? Hahahahaha Microsoft is extremely greedy, they will keep the rare characters until they're sucked dry

To be honest, though, Phil Spencer from Microsoft was actually okay with Banjo-Kazooie being in Smash 4 as DLC characters.
So either not enough voters voted on the Ballot for Banjo, Nintendo wasn't okay, or Rare wasn't okay.
