That's right.
It's time to bring about a revival of the OG NES kung fu man.
Thomas, in a game people still know and love today, actually predates Ryu by about two years. I fully believe you could do wonders with the moveset, as you could introduce his enemies with some of his attacks, AKA Knife-Throwing Guy, Stick Man, DRAGON.
Why I think Thomas should be in:
His game successfully created the Beat em up genre, earning him a place in videogame history. A boxer is in the game, and some melee based ones, but as a historical entrant, I believe Thomas deserves to get in.
Moveset:
Normal attacks consist of regular punches and kicks, roundhouse, sweep kick, aerial kicks and punches in the air.
Special Attacks:
Standard B - fast multi punch attack
Up B - Repeated Upwards kicks to float up in the air(From Spartan X-2, which was considered a sequel of the series)
Left/Right B - Knife Thrower from Kung Fu shows up and throws a knife, it's got knockback power.
Down B - Thomas summons snakes from Kung Fu that chase and attack his opponents.
Final Smash - Massive beatdown with punches and kicks, ending with a powerful roundhouse to send people straight off.
