| I'm surprised no one talks about this character a lot. He seems really good, if not overpowered. Let me elaborate: (By the way I am a bit biased, as I do love the MGS franchise) He has an amazing zoning kit, with grenades, missiles, mines and C4s. This character can force an approach, which is really good. But even better his punish game. Snake has an infinite that works on the majority of the cast and isn't too hard to pull off. His down throw leads to a down B guaranteed and in crusade the down B sticks to them. From there, if they are anywhere in the air, be it from jumping or an up tilt, use your down B and it kills at around %50 on most characters. He's really fast and his moves come out really quickly. Heck even most his aerials have no landing lag. |

| Could you elaborate on the "infinite"? |

| No. Falco has some version of his Gattling Combo though, i dont remember exactly. We didn't want the mechanic but felt Snake's was significant enough to be a special exception. |

| Funny thing is, when I try to fully charge his down smash, it will detonade and explode before I can even finish it.
Can someone look it up? |

| I thought of some Codec lines for unofficial characters Carl Johnson - Spoiler:
Snake: Colonel, who is that? Colonel: That's Carl Johnson, better known on the streets as CJ. He's the second-in-command for the Los Santos-based street gang known as the Grove Street Families. Snake: What's a gang member doing in a smash game? Colonel: He's known for his story of redemption through the game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas," one of the actions includes saving a man's life with a truck. Snake: But could he follow the train? Colonel: It's best not to bring it up.
Scorpion - Spoiler:
Snake: Otacon, you're an expert in ninjas, right? Otacon: Yes, but this is no ordinary ninja. This is Hanzo Hasashi, better known as Scorpion. He's a vengeful spirit trapped in the world to avenge his family and clan. Snake: So, a hellspawn? Otacon: To put it simply, yes. Although, his story is much more complicated than that. Snake: I don't think we have time for that. Otacon: Agreed. Just watch out for his spear attack.
Heavy - Spoiler:
Pauling: Snake, it's Miss Pauling, I'm filling in for Mei Ling for this character run down. Snake: Why? Where is she? Mei Ling: Mmmmh MMMM! Pauling: Quiet you! Anyway, Misha is the strongest mercenary on my team, equipped with a minigun, a shotgun, a portable health kit, and his bare fists. He is slow on his feet and can't jump very high, so you should be able to hit him. Snake: Ok, but let Mei Ling go! Pauling: Good luck Snake.
Maxwell - Spoiler:
Snake: Otacon, there's a kid here in a chicken hat, and he has a magic notebook. Otacon: Snake, that's no ordinary kid, that's Maxwell from the game Scribblenauts. His notebook can create anything he writes in it, so always keep on your toes. Snake: That's pretty basic advice. Otacon: Watch out for his Final Smash, because that's where Maxwell summons Cthulu and brings the apocalypse upon the stage. Snake: That seems a bit like overkill. Otacon: It is, just avoid it.

I'll give you this; using Miss Pauling for Snake's Codec against Heavy is actually really smart. |
