Actually, Mas is right. These were the X sprites used in the earlier demos, when X was in the game instead of regular Megaman.

Not sure if we're still going to use them

Might as well use them anyways for alt.

if we're going to have MMX as an alt, we should make our own sprites

Our best bet would probably be to use upgraded MMX sprites.

Ture. After all, you guys are making better sprites than other creators. That's just personal opinion. But thank god it's NOT like SSF2 sprites!

In my opinion I think we should use these sprites:
Megaman X Sprites
And I think the sprites of megaman original and megaman x should be similar.
