God, I love that line... Sonic '06 will always be remembered as a Time Travel Comedy... Anywho, I am introducing a new segment to my Character Discussion threads called

Iron Moveset

where I set up a proper starting basis for a Smasher with some moves lifted from official fighters and you build a moveset around their playstyle. In this case, Silver should play a bit like Lucario and Mewtwo.

Too many character discussion topics, Stop repeatedly starting these. it's sort of getting annoying now
you've been making these for practically half an hour. Especally because you're making so many from characters in the same franchise, not to be rude on anything.
