I'm suggesting this as a stage proposal to replace Dragon Shores as the Spyro stage representative.
Magic Crafters is the third home world from Spyro the Dragon 1, and as the name implies, it is a place where magic potions are created and sorcery is practiced.
I think this would be a very fun stage to play on for numerous reasons. One, the place just looks gorgeous. It's located in a mountain rage, and the inside areas are decorated in a regal fashion. Here are some images: http://images.wikia.com/retro-spyro/images/9/92/Magic_Crafters_4.png

What about gimmicks? Why would this be a fun stage to play on? Well if anyone has played the first Spyro game, surely they remember these guys: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090506223528/spyro/images/1/1c/Greendruid.jpg
These Green Druids are notorious for raising up parts of the land to an unreachable height, then laughing at you. These guys could easily be some sort of stage hazard, messing around with the stage until they are defeated (then they respawn after some time to troll you again).
Magic crafters is also known for moving platforms, icy steps and peaks, and thunderstorms, which could be part of the stage layout. There are also other enemies besides those green druids that could be added, two specifically: http://spyro.wikia.com/wiki/Green_Wizards

As for size, I could imagine this being a somewhat large stage, with lots of room to roam around.
...eh, can't think of anything else that I could add. So I suppose discuss and stuff.
