WE'VE GONE OVER THIS! We're not reping characters (as shown in the Tingle debate), we're reping games. When are we all going to understand that?... And I apologize for bringing up Tingle again, but I said my piece and I'm done. My vote remains four stages. |

| We're not repping games either. We didn't rep Metroid, or Metroid Fusion, we didn't rep TRL, or a number of other games. It's a mixture between representation of included characters, representation of games, and POPULARITY. Tingle and his games were not represented because of the last, and most important part. Noone wants to just force stages into the roster for the sake of representation. If noone wants a character to get their own stage, or if noone liked a particular game from a series, then it won't get repped. |

Please do explain how we can make a stage off of an unreleased game made completely of loose polygons It was completly finished when it was scrapped thats how. Therte are 2 different versions of the game you can play just find a rom. 1 isn't finished completly but has multiplayer(it doesn't really have good menu graphics either. the other is finished but doesn't have multiplayer. |

This. This is exactly how stages should work at this point. And what do you mean, "by my logic", Mercury? Are you putting words in my mouth that I never said? |

| 3 stages. People seem to think starfox is way better and way more important than it is, but really, it had 2 critically successful games and one of them doesn't even count. |

| 3 stages, I guess. StarFox had Venom and Corneria in Melee and it had Lylat System and Corneria (Melee) in Brawl, so giving it one more stage would make sense. |

Both Star Fox and Star Fox 64 were critically successful. Which one doesn't count? |

Both Star Fox and Star Fox 64 were critically successful. Which one doesn't count? Star fox. 64 was supposed to be a reboot. |

Both Star Fox and Star Fox 64 were critically successful. Which one doesn't count? Star fox. 64 was supposed to be a reboot. I think he is referring to the Original Star Fox that was on SNES & Star Fox 64 for the N64. Two games that were different from one another and not a reboot. Also, despite Adventure being criticize for the lack of rail-shooting, it was still a good game that sold fairly well. |

Me too. And I honestly find Assault to be rather under-appreciated. I never felt that there wasn't enough Arwing segments, and while the on-foot gameplay is pretty meh, the game as a whole was still enjoyable. |

By saying one thing it is possible to convey that you also mean another thing at the same time. So technically yes I did. After reading PH4's comment though I must say that he has the best idea of how stage selection should go, so that also means there's nothing left to debate other than the current topic of the poll. |

Ok Here Is my last Stance for 4 stages Despite being for 4 characters, there were 4 very sugsessful games: Stafox SNES Starfox 64 Starfox Adventures and Starfox Assult If you were to choose a game from any game other than these the games to choose that are OK suggestions are: Stafox 2 SNES (Unrelesed:Read my post before there are demos of the full game) or Starfox Command And all those games were very fun. |

Post in the open one for now and one of the admins should merge them and fix it all back up.
Unless it was intentional..? |

Too many posts in a single topic, so it automatically split itself. |

| So uh... pretty sure 4 stages is going to win, so going to place my votes pre-emptively:
- Venom: I know everyone is going to say 'Corneria/Sector Z!' Yeah, playing on the Great Fox at that angle is a classic and has been in every smash game (Including SSF2). But Crusade is different. Why do we have to have it? Venom was unique in its layout, and is almost as important as Corneria story-wise.
- Krazoa Palace: The most important location from Adventures, this is where Krystal was trapped the entire game. You make repeated visits to this area to drop off Krazoa spirits. You start and end the game here. Some may argue in favor of Thorntail Hollow for better representing the 'Dinosaur' aspect of the game, but I feel that Krazoa Palace better represents the game and Krystal as a whole. The setting is also a lot more unique compared to anther grassland.
- Sargasso Space Station: I believe the third level from Assault, this is in Star Wolf territory. The stage would take place on the ground in the space station, under constant fire and with Star Fox and Star Wolf battling it out in the background. The layout can be pretty much anything we want, it's very versatile. This would serve as Wolf's stage, and represents the space battles from throughout the Star Fox series (Asteroid Field doesn't really do this well... I really don't know why we even have that, but we're stuck with it. I see it as more of just representing the first Star Fox, not much else). |
