Shadow Chaos Controlling through floor

Okay, so I was playing a round of this game on Suzaku Castle, and when I tried to teleport back onto the stage, I randomly teleported into the floor and died. No idea how it happened. Sadly, I can't add video evidence because I wasn't recording. Help would be appreciated!

Thats a Suzaku Castle Related Glitch, 90% of any recovery or falling/descending move will go thru the stages ledges like almost all the time
