This Marth looks ok, other than the arm and the speed of the animation. Although his sword looks more like a broomstick that twitches around for some reason

Mmm, still kinda stiff lookin. If we're gonna make a Marth resprite, it needs that "fluidity". Try making the movement more dynamic than stiff, like looking at his actual smash animation frames and making them in your own style side by side.

He's holding the hilt's guard, not the hilt's grip

I dont think his sword is supposed to twitch like that...but other than that good job.
