Try following that guide.

Every time I open up the game, it works as normal, but as soon as I select my screen resolution, it says that MSVCP140.dll is missing, even though I checked my System32 folder and it's been there since 2015. I tried deleting and re-extracting the RAR, but no luck. I think older versions of the game had this issue. Help pls (BTW am running Windows 8.1 Update)?

I'm incredibly late to this, but man this is amazing. An update after three years, I'm playing Crusade again and it feels so good to get back into it.

In case you didn't know, 0.9.2 is the current version of the game and 0.9.3 is right around the corner. I get it if you're looking to play 0.9.1 still though!


Anyway, if content isn't appearing it's more than likely that your antivirus program is intercepting generated files or deleting files in your game's folder. You might have to fiddle with your antivirus settings to prevent that from happening.

Where can one download Crusade v0.9.1? The above link only seems to have Crusade v0.9.3, so the title is misleading.
