Mechanics: Reimu has a spell meter--it charges faster than the final smash meter: 1/4 of the final smash meter with it on (75 with a 300 FS charge); fixed on 75 with no final smash meter. It affects special moves. The spell meter can be used at half charge by pushing A shortly (1-6 frames) after a B move for more powerful normal specials (referred to as "shots" below; whereas upon a full meter they become "spells"). Spells are essentially more powerful shots with different attributes and properties.
Jabs: Two low kicks to a swing of her gohei (the staff she's holding).
- If Reimu has a full spell meter, she has two more jabs: a lunge with her gohei (2 hits) and a medium-strength kick. Does not use the spell meter (because it's just a jab).
Side-Tilt: Reimu thrusts her gohei.
Down-Tilt: Reimu spins her gohei low in front of her. Hits 5 times.
Up-Tilt: Throws a small Ying-Yang Orb above her. Has
slight homing properties i.e. slight change in direction.
Side-Smash: Reimu fires a burst of ofuda in front of her. Hits 16 times.
Down-Smash: Reimu creates a clone of herself from ofuda and attacks from above. Holding the opposite direction while charging makes clone Reimu attack behind actual Reimu instead of in front.
Up-Smash: Fires an amulet directly above her. Hits 3 times.
Neutral-Aerial: Spins a couple of Ying-Yang Orbs a couple of times.
Forward-Aerial: Fires small ofuda shots in random places infront of her i.e. from ~30 degrees to ~-30 degrees. Hits up to 5 times.
Back-Aerial: Smacks whoever is unlucky enough to be behind her with her gohei. Reverses Reimu's direction.
Down-Aerial: Fires an amulet infront and below her at ~45 degrees. Possesses spiking properties. Hits 3 times.
Up-Aerial: Like down-aerial, but without spiking properties, and above her. Hits 3 times.
Grab: Reimu creates an ofuda clone in front of her who grabs the opponent from behind.
Pummel: Actual Reimu smacks opponent with her gohei while clone Reimu knees opponent.
Forward-Throw: Clone Reimu throws opponent behind her when actual Reimu throws a Ying-Yang Orb.
Back-Throw: Clone Reimu throws opponent behind actual Reimu upon getting smacked by actual Reimu's gohei.
Up-Throw: Clone Reimu throws opponent ~45 degrees above her where actual Reimu throws an amulet. Hits 3 times.
Down-Throw: Clone Reimu throws opponent ~45 degrees above her where both Reimus do a lunge kick simultaneously. Hits 2 times.
Shot Neutral-Special: Reimu spawns two large amulets side-by-side vertically and move closer as they move forward. Slight homing properties. Hits up to 10 times.
Shot Side-Special: Reimu spawns a protective barrier. Stays around until Reimu uses another special move. Hits 2 times.
Shot Up-Special: Ascension Kick. It's a mot-- wait this isn't MG I can't use that word. Has high knockback scaling to combo at low percents and kill at high percents. Because Reimu needs a recovery. Did I mention she has 2 midair jumps?
Shot Down-Special: Drops a couple Ying-Yang Orbs below her. If she's on the ground, they'll just bounce up. Hits up to 2 times.
Spell Neutral-Special: Spirit Sign 「Fantasy Seal」. The Ars Magnum of spells other that her Final Smash. Spawns 8 homing magic orbs that move one by one upon all 8 spawning. Hits up to 8 times.
Spell Side-Special: Treasure 「Ying-Yang Asuka'i」. More Ying-Yang Orbs, but this time there are three, they are big, and they hit more than once. Hits up to 9 times.
Spell Down-Special: Divine Arts 「Omnidirectional Dragon-Slaying Circle」. Reimu basically creates a magic pillar hitting everything around her. Hits up to 20 times.
Shot Up-Special: Divine Arts 「Sky-Conquering Wind God Kick」. Multiple Ascension Kicks--basically Chun-Li's Up-Special with different properties and magic.
Final Smash: *To Think There'd be a Shrine Maiden in That Gap!*. Like Fantasy Nature, but it's lazers instead of ofuda and zaps the opponent whereupon Reimu breaks the entire screen with her awesomeness. Or her gohei, your opinion. Hits 25 times.
Final Smash Alt:「Fantasy Nature」Lots of ofuda. Hits 51 times.
Other mechanics: Reimu can float a'la PM Mewtwo, but for a much shorter time. Uses one of her jumps.
