dash attack:gengar roll
forward tilt:gengar kick
up tilt:gengar punch using left hand
down tilt:gengar scratch
forward smash:gengar using shadow punch,similar to warlock punch
up smash:gengar jump and gives a headbutt

neutral aerial: (i not have idea)
forward aerial:gengar kicks
back aerial: gengar gives a poke
up aerial:gengar licks
