Who is this? Why should this character be in Crusade? What does this move do? You really need to take a look at most of the other character posts to get an idea of how to present your character suggestions. Also, always saying "Similar to 'whoever'" isn't a good way to make a moveset, especially if you don't give a base description or a different attribute (Up tilt is similar to Samus's, except faster and launches opponent backwards)

As for Sceptile, the only thing he has is that he is a 3rd-Gen Pokemon, and people are pretty picky when it comes to which types should be represented.

well that i'm not good of make different moveset of ideas and i write "similar to" because than i do the attack equal

You do realize capital letters exist?
The fact you haven't used a single capital letter (From what I've seen) and can't even space out your titles makes me think you're way too young to even be on the internet
I'm not trying to be mean, but you really need to improve basic grammar like this if you want anyone to take you seriously.
