Chibi-Robo (Chibi-Robo!: Plug Into Adventure!) Discussion: Cleaning At The Battle!

Another character idea.

This time, it's for the little robot who's always cleaning the house: Chibi-Robo!

-Data:
A tiny, independently operating robot that helps keep a household happy. Chibi-Robo stands roughly 4 inches tall. The mere sight of the brave Chibi-Robo working to solve the problems of the Sanderson family is awe inspiring. When he lights up red, it's a sign that his battery is nearly gone. If Chibi-Robo doesn't find an outlet to plug in his cord tail, he'll collapse...!

-Why I support Him?
This cute robot has the enough charisma for being a playable character in any SSB game, and even in Crusade, with moves based on cleaning tools. Also, he could have the unique trait of, if his damage exceeds 150%, he'll get more weaker for finally, shooting down himself, making him an easy target of being K.O.'d!)


-Moveset:
-Normal Moves:
-Normal (x1): Punch
-Normal (x2): Headbutt
-Normal (x3): Uses his Cleaning Toothbrush (he adds 3 hits more)
-Side: Uses a Bug Sprayer (he gives 3 hits)
-Up: Makes a flower grow
-Down: Makes a breakdance kick

-Dash Attack: He rides a bicycle

-Aerial Attacks:
-Neutral Aerial: Performs a cartwheel
-Side Aerial: Throws his plug as a whip
-Up Aerial: Swings his Toothbrush upwards
-Back Aerial: Swings backwards his spoon
-Down Aerial: Swings downwards a shovel

-Grabs: (for grabbing, he uses a vacuum)
-Pummel: Headbutts opponents
-Forward Throw: He traps his opponent in a trash can, andthrows him forwards
-Up Throw: Throws his opponent upwards and uses his Squirter on the enemy, throwing him/her an upwards water sprout
-Back Throw: Turns around swinging his vacuum horizontally
-Down Throw: Throws downwards his opponent, and uses his brush on him/her

-Smash Attacks:
-Forward Smash: He charges and throws his plug like a whip, electrifying the opponent (Zip Lash)
-Up Smash: Headbutts opponent
-Down Smash: Uses his Boombox, unleashing a sound wave which damages opponents at both sides of him

-Special Attacks:
-Chibi-Blaster: Chibi-Robo pulls out a blaster and fires a single shot that deals weak knockback. On the ground, holding the special button allows him to shoot multiple projectiles. The blaster can be titled up, when grounded, and tiltled down, when airbone.

-Side Special: Mug Protection: Chibi Robo puts on himself a protective mug featuring Galactic Hero Captain Drake Redcrest. It blocks attacks, but greatly decreases speed and prevents Chibi-Robo from using any other move. He could discard it with pressing Side Button and Special Button. You can also use it as a carrying item you can throw to your opponents. (25% damage after throwing)

-Up Special: Chibi-Copter: Chibi propels himself upwards a short distance, hitting opponents above him multiple times.

-Down Special: Recharge: Chibi-Robo plugs himself on an energy station, recovering 25% health. However, after using it, you must wait at least 1 minute for use it again.

-Final Smash: Giga-Robo: Chibi-Robo summons the titanic robot Giga-Robo. Then, he plugs in to turn him on, and the huge bot rampages across the stage, crushing anyone in his way. In this mode, you can move to any direction. However, giving energy to Giga-Robo causes Chibi a lot of damage, and it forces him to fall to the floor and become vulnerable to attack after using the FS.


-Entrance To The Stage: Chibi-Robo comes out from his Chibi-House.

-Taunt: Chibi-Robo pick-ups his plug, and jumps cheerfully

-Victory Theme: Chibi-Robo: Plug Into Adventure!: Stage Clear Theme

Support, the moveset needs some tweaking (Like how does the dash attack work, or why is that his side special)

Also no one mention SSF2. They'll whine about anything that is added into Crusade.

Second, Chibi-robo has always been a favorite. I'll support.

1. Try to make the FS a lot more different than the SSF2 version, I'm not saying it can't be Giga Robo, it makes sense, but think of a way to make it more creative, so people don't say "URGH U RIPPED OFF SSF2!!1!"
2. I don't see how a mug shield would be a Side B. I always saw it as a toilet roll, as a reference to NostalJunk. The mug would just be the normal shield. 
3. You should add a time limit to the Down B, as in a delay before the heal, 5-ten secs at best
Fix these and you've made a pretty good moveset

1. I added to the Final Smash this trait, in order to differentiate this one from his SSF2 Version: In this mode, you can move to any direction.
