Grandma (Cookie Clicker) Discussion

You can thank Dust for giving me this dumb idea. There is absolutely no reason for this character, I'm making this for good fun.

AAA Combo: Smacks with a rolling pin
Side Tilt: Smacks with a tray of cookies
Up Tilt: Spins a rolling pin upward
Down Tilt: Drops her glasses and picks them up

Side Smash: Holds a cat that swipes.
Up Smash: Cookies rain just above Grandma for a moment
Down Smash: I giant cookie appears from a portal above grandma and falls into another portal.

Neutral Aerial: Cursors surround Grandma for a small moment
Forward Aerial: Some grinding gears appear in front of Grandma
Back Aerial: Some clock-hands appear behind Grandma. They're very bendy
Upward Aerial: Grandma swings a pickaxe upward
Downward Aerial: Antimatter condenses into cookies that hit opponents below

Grab: Grabs
Pummel: Smacks the opponent with a rolling pin.
Forward Throw: Cursors click on the opponent and then one grabs and throws them.
Back Throw: A prism converts light into cookies which hit the opponent
Upward Throw: Converts the opponent into gold with the alchemy lab
Downward Throw: "Bakes" the opponent in the oven.

Neutral Special: Spawns a cursor to click on a cookie. Every click gives grandma a cookie. The cursor has to be destroyed, it will not despawn. Cookies will be talked about later.
Side Special: You have to pay 30 cookies to use this move. Grandma spawns a farm that has to be watered and harvested. After harvested it will disappear. Once harvested, it gives Grandma a decent amount of cookies. If a fighter walks in the farm, they can't jump as high and they move slower.
Up Special: Grandma gets in a rocket ship and blasts upward. You get a few cookies when you use this, but you can only use it so much.
Down Special: You purchase an upgrade with the cookies that you get from your other special attacks. Every 100 increases your attack by x1.4
Final Smash: It's the grandmapocalypse! Grandma disappears and the background becomes...gross. Strange monsters called wrinklers appear and swarm around the opposing fighters. You can fight back, but there quite a few of them. After 20 or so seconds, grandma will come back and everything will return to normal.

Taunt: Looks at the player and then looks away.

In the end it doesn't matter, this character is just as likely as a pail of toothpicks being playable. I do appreciate the support tho'

Actually, I was going to say no, but this is a really fun looking moveset and maybe Crusade could use a bit of humor. Support.

I think the down special is a bit odd. What's the point of having a command to use your cookies when it could be just as easily done via a counter by your %, which just auto increases attack every 100? Which then leaves the move open.

Also a suggestion for side special - what if it cost cookies to make and had an active effect while out? It'd make it a risky investment to actually use, but the payout would be really good if you pull it off, as well as not being dead weight if you don't manage to get said payoff.

Upgrades are one of the most important parts of Cookie Clicker, and the game doesn't autobuy them for you. That's why it is like that.

Also I fixed the side special a bit, is it a bit better now?

Hm, I suppose, but it's basically a deadweight special. What if you could pick what kind of upgrade? Like holding down B switches between different potential upgrades or something.

Side special looks better now, yes.

I thought about different upgrades, but none came to mind. I'll think about it a bit more.
