Another character idea.
This time, it's for the scientist and assistant of the mayor: Dr. Wright!
Appearences:
-SimCity (SNES; 1991)
-SimCity 64 (Nintendo 64; 2000 (Japan-only)
Data:
A hardworking assistant to the city mayor. He has distinctive hair and spectacles and a dapper moustache. Dr. Wright has a comprehensive knowledge of city government and is happy to give you tips to keep your city running smoothly. In the game, he tracks your city's status and gives you gifts. There was a character reminiscent of him in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.Dr. Wright is one of the leaders in the all-time, bizarre Nintendo-game-hairstyle contest.
Why I support him?
Well, I don't think adding also to some characters whose games hadn't nothing to do with action or adventure is a bad idea. This scientist of weird hairstyle is one of the most sympathetic Nintendo characters ever. Altought it could sound impossible, but, I think he could be a good fighter addition to SSB Crusade, with attacks based in building (the premise of the game) and disasters.
Moveset:
-Normal Moves:
-Neutral (x1): Swings his batton
-Neutral (x2): Swings his batton again
-Neutral (x3): Builds a house in front of himself.
-Side: Builds a power plant in front of himself. This attack electrocutes the enemy
-Up: Builds a water tower, which throws water upwards, hitting enemies.
-Down: He plants a tree, which hits downward enemies
-Dash Attack: He rides on a police car
-Aerial Attacks:
-Neutral Aerial: Spins on an UFO, which throws a beam to his enemies
-Front Aerial: He builds an apartment building in front of himself
-Up Aerial: He unleashes a tornado disaster, hitting upward objectives
-Back Aerial: He builds a train railway, making a train cross it
-Down Aerial: He summons a meteor disaster. It can function as a Meteor Smash.
-Grab (for grabbing, he sends a mouse cursor, which attracts enemy direct to Dr. Wright himself)
-Pummel: Hits enemy with his baton
-Front Throw: Calls a loader, which pushes the enemy
-Up Throw: The opponent is pulled upwards by an airplane
-Back Throw: Traps enemy, and builds a factory, throwing smoke to him/her
-Down Throw: he summons an earthquake disaster, burying the opponent

-Up Smash: Dr. Wright summons a volcanic eruption
-Down Smash: Dr. Wright builds a monument
-Special Attacks:
-Neutral Special: Skyscraper: Dr. Wright builds a skyscraper in front of himself. If you hold and release the Special Button, he'll unleash 3 bigger skyscrapers, hurling enemies. (Based in his attack as an Assist Trophy in SSBB and SSB4)
-Side Special: Nuclear Meltdown: Dr. Wright builds a nuclear power center. If somebody hits the building, the building can explode, and he/she will be trapped in the explosion, being poisoned if he/she survives to being K.O.'d. The knockback could be higher if the opponent has more of 75% damage.
-Up Special: Helicopter: Dr. Wright rides on an helicopter, attacking with it, and its propellers being more damaging. It can also function as a good recovery.
-Down Special: Tax Rate: Dr. Wright uses this technique for receiving some random buffs. If the tax rate is lower, he'll got more speed, strength, can heal 25% of his damage, and getting a random item. However, if it's high, he'll be debuffed in speed and strength, recovering only 2% damage, and no receiving nothing. And, if the tax rate is medium, his speed and strength remain untouched, while he heals 10% damage (here, it's somewhat unlikely of receiving a random item). The rate is random.
-Final Smash: Giant Monster Disaster: Dr. Wright builds some buildings at the stage, and later, he summons a giant monster disaster. The monster will be rampaging on the stage, not only destorying buildings, but also attacking enemies! (based in the Tokyo Stage disaster in the original SimCity)
-Entrance: Dr. Wright arrives to the stage on helicopter, and says Hello!.
-Taunt: Dr. Wright rubs his chin while appearing to be thinking about something, then faces the screen while continuing to rub his chin.
-Victory Theme: Sim City: Congratulations
