DISCLAIMER: Like I have said before, the SCP franchise falls within a gray area between 3rd and 4th party, due to the game, SCP Containment Breach being much more popular than the SCP Wiki, and also, given the fact the the developer of SCP:CB is an indie dev instead of the SCP Foundation, the SCP Franchise should, by logic, be allowed, and even if it isn't allowed, that will not stop me from putting effort into my suggestions.
SCP Containment Breach is a Freeware Indie First Person Horror Game based on the SCP Foundation, an organization dedicated to capturing and containing hundreds of anomalous objects, such as a sculpture than will break your neck if you break eye contact, a mask that leaks corrosive liquid and gives an impulse to wear it, Cain and Able, and our subject for today, a Plague Doctor that turns people into zombies. In the game, you play as one of the D-Class personnel (which are basically the worse society has to offer like murderers, rapists, and people who make 30 second unskippable ads on youtube) who is caught in the middle of a containment breach caused by SCP-079 (Basically a super-ai that can hijack electronics) messing with the door system as the main character is about to begin testing with SCP-173 (The sculpture that acts like the Weeping Angels from Dr. Who) and he has to escape or die. Along the way, he will come in contact with (I'm not gonna explain what these SCPs are, so please just Google them and save me the trouble of trying to summarize, I hate writing essays) SCP-008, SCP-012, SCP-173, SCP-096, and several more, but the subject for today is SCP-049, The Plague Doctor.

(The following description of the playstyle of this character is written as a parody of the original SCP article, which I suggest you read, and that is why I repeat SCP-049 a lot instead of replacing it with instance of "he, him, his, etc") (http://containmentbreach.wikia.com/wiki/SCP-049#Quotes <- That might help with this character's vocalization)

Full Character Render From SCP CB
ITEM #: SCP-049
OBJECT CLASS: Euclid
Specific Character Playstyle: SCP-049 playstyle has traces of Super Smash Bros For Wii U and 3ds Ganondorf, with other characteristics that make him unique. Playtesting by D-Class Personnel has been able to provide us with a moveset and in-game description of this subject, which is as follows:
Passive Effect: Because SCP-049's touch is lethal to humans, just touching SCP-049 will cause 1% damage, but no knockback or stun. Height: =Ganondorf Weight: =Ganondorf Speed: =Ganondorf Entrance Animation: SCP-049 walks out of a mechanical door that bears the Foundation logo and states "I sense the disease in you" Idle Animation: SCP-049 stands upright with his arms at his side, almost motionless, aside from the gust of wind that blows his robes occasionally Walking animation: SCP-049 walks with his arm outstretched as if reaching for something in front of him Running Animation: SCP-049 has his arm outstretched like in his walking pose, but is hunched forward a little, like a professional sprinter, as if he was making a running attempt to grab something or someone Taunt: SCP-049 Crosses his arms and laughs, then states "Stop resisting, I'm here to cure you" Victory Animation: SCP-049 turns away from the camera, removes his mask and states "You are not a doctor..." Losing animation: SCP-049 is crouching on one knee with his head facing the ground and his arm resting on the knee that is pointing upwards, presumably as a show of shame at his failure Victory Fanfare: (Fanfare portion starts at 5 seconds in)
Spoiler:
Crouch Animation:
Spoiler:
Ground Jump: SCP-049 Bends his knees and outstretches his arms Air Jump: SCP-049 does what appears to be a backflip Grabbing/Pummel Animation: SCP-049 grabs characters and holds them up by their throats, similarly to Ganondorf's Flame Choke, and to inflict pummel damage, it can be inferred that he is closing his hand tighter around their necks Forward Throw: SCP-049 throws the opponent forward as if he was throwing a small rock or something similar. Back Throw: SCP-049 turns around and repeats the animation for his forward throw. Up Throw: SCP-049 tosses the opponent diagonally upwards as if he were aiming to throw a rock at an aerial target Down Throw: SCP-049 slams the opponent into the ground, causing them to be in a pitfall state Jab: SCP-049 appears to hit with an outward palm, similar to that of SSBWU/3DS Ganondorf Forward Tilt: SCP-049 slices diagonally forward with what appears to be a medical scalpel Dash Attack: SCP-049 charges forward, shoulder first, almost exactly like Smash Bros Ganondorf Side Smash: SCP-049 charge up an overhead strike with what appears to be a pole that hospital staff would use to hold an I.V. packet Up Smash: SCP-049 charges up an attack that has been described as a stabbing motion with a large needle that appears to contain a green fluid Down Smash: SCP-049 charges up a stomping like attack Up Tilt: SCP-049 throws SCP-035 upwards, causing chip damage to opponents
Spoiler:
SCP-035
Down Tilt: SCP-049 kicks outward in a manner similar to Ganondorf N-Air: SCP-049 sticks out in front of him the same large needle from his Up Smash B-Air: SCP-049 turns slightly behind him and hits opponents the the back end of his fist U-Air SCP-049 Flips backwards while holding outwards a scalpel D-Air: SCP-049's sprite turns upside down, holding the same large syringe from before, stabbing downwards and has a meteor hitbox F-Air: Identical to his N-Air Neutral Special: SCP-049 sends SCP-106 to trap one opponent into SCP-106's "Pocket dimension" for 5 seconds, causing 25% damage at most if an opponent is right in front of SCP-049 when he uses this move
Spoiler:
SCP-106
Side Special: SCP-049 rides an operating table to cause damage to anything he hits along the way, and he can jump off at any point. Down Special: SCP-049 places SCP-035 onto the ground, and if an opponent picks up the mask, the mask will attach itself to the opponent's face, inverting their controls and causing 5% for 5 seconds. If the mask isn't picked up, it will despawn after the normal amount of time it takes for any other item to despawn Up Special: SCP-049 jumps again, this time with a meteor hitbox. Final Smash: Personnel have dubbed this attack "The Cure." SCP-049 pulls up an operating table that has a corpse on it and begins operating for 5 seconds, afterwards, SCP-049-2 will replace the operating table and SCP-049 will temporarily disappear, and SCP-049-2 will chase down the nearest opponent with speed, and if SCP-049-2 catches up with the opponent, it causes 50% damage and has massive knockback. After 10 seconds, SCP-049 will replace SCP-049-2 and the match will continue as normal
Spoiler:
SCP-049-2
All D-Class Personnel involved in playtesting this character have expressed interest in it being released from the foundation and officially added into crusade
Addendum:
Spoiler:
Holy FUCK that too a long time to type, approximately 4-5 hours. Hopefully my efforts weren't wasted because someone decides that after I write this that they should tell me that SCP is actually 4th party and isn't allowed, which, like I said, it's a gray area. Anyway, this has been another thread I put a tremendous amount of effort into, and you may or may not have enjoyed reading this. I know I didn't enjoy writing it, not because of the content but because of a splitting headache. Anyway, I hope to see this in a future update. I don't know how to end threads. Potato

Types of characters that fall under the '4th Party ban': - Anime/Manga Characters - Film/Television Characters - Characters Originating From Internet Culture/Memes - Original Characters - Celebrities/Real People - Any character who is not owned by a video game corporation. (This includes the former categories.) PROTIP: If you aren't sure, ask.
