Add detailed moveset descriptions to the character threads!

Have you ever wanted to suggest a change in a character's moveset, but shut the idea down because you weren't sure of if it was changed in a recent update? Maybe your computer is glitchy and you can't boot up Crusade to doublecheck. I say every character thread should either feature a video showcasing all of the character's moves or a detailed move log, like how you format an unofficial character suggestion. It would make asking questions have you look less stupid and make it easier for people who have yet to play the game to find a favorite character!

Interesting idea. It could have uses for those who do know the movesets as well by including some of the more obscure / less obvious sides to certain attacks and character traits.

After 0.9.1 though I may do something like this. I've been thinking for a while now about the possibility of posting full moveset hitbox / frame data / hitbox properties / special gimmicks for the whole cast. Of course, this would be an absolutely massive undertaking and I'd likely be the only one doing it, so in reality the chances are slim to none. But I still kind of want to.

I'm currently adding descriptions to Isaac's moveset. I haven't updated in a while since I've been a bit busy.

Balancers making hitbox gifs would certainly help if this project gets off the ground.

Yeah, I like that. It may help people who don't know some of the characters.

I'm pretty sure the files of 0.8 had easily acessable gifs of each move animation. Don't know how to find these in 0.9 though.
