Adeleine would be an awesome character! The paint and drawings could make really cool attacks.

Here's My moveset:
Up B: Draw Propeller (Propeller is drawn and sends adeleine flying)
Down B: Draw Wall (A wall is drawn and stays for 5 seconds and stops anything.
Neutral B: Paint Slash (Adeleine swings her paint brush and a blade of paint flies out.)
Side B: Draw Enemy (adeleine draws an enemy and it attacks. Same as comic.)
