Rouge the Bat (Sonic the Hedgehog) Discussion

Personally, I was thinking a lighter version of Zero Suit Samus with Pit's Up+B and Captain Falcon's standard moves so...Yeah, I only think in clones... Can you do better? Just let me know with your own moveset in the thread and I'll see you real soon.

Please stop making 500 threads for characters and putting almost no thought into them. If you can't think of anything to write and have to ask for help with every moveset (The entirety of the moveset, I might add.), don't bother making the topic at all. These types of threads are not convincing in the slightest. Why should this character be added? Why should we waste man hours spriting and coding this character in? What makes them so special? Hell, who ARE they?

That sheet isn't bad, but I think there are enough Sonic reps as it is. Currently I think the best shot any other Sonic char's got is probably Eggman. There's a ton of potential there. With Rouge, not so much in comparison.

unless its a remake of Sonic Smash Bros, no more sonic characters at all, even Eggman at this point would be a bit of an overkill no matter how cool he would be

Ok, just try not to make a topic unless you personally care about the character enough to understand him.

... or at least are willing to do the research beforehand to convince us if you genuinely believe the character is a correct choice.
(I actually only played like 10 minutes of Jet Set Radio, but I was able to make a convincing special moveset, so...)

I believe Robotnik deserves a spot. Anyone else though, yeah... I'd say 'maybe late late DLC' but we all know we aren't getting to that point for many years, if ever.

I'm in favor of Robotnik, for sure, having read the suggestion for him. Rouge, though, not so much. I agree that Crusade has enough Sonic characters as is, and Rouge really doesn't provide enough unique material to merit being an actual character.

She looks like she might be into martial arts so I guess we could Incorporate that into her not special attacks like, standards, smash, grabs, arials, you know.

Her Final Smash could have her riding atop Omega as it unleashes his machine guns on unfortunate smashers.

Yeah, I kinda see more Sonic Characters joining in when the roster has grown to around 70 and franchises need more representation.

I don't really think Sonic's franchise needs more representation, especially at the point of a 70 character roster.
