And now it's time for a new Earthbound stage.
Winters is one of the more important locations in Earthbound - it is the hometown of Jeff, the first place you encounter Brick Road, the location of Dr. Andonuts' lab, the location of the alien base, houses one of the 'Your Sanctuary' locations... I think that says enough about the place itself.
The stage I've designed here is relatively simple in layout. There is a main platform with a cliff on the left edge and water at the right edge. There are 2 rock formations towards the left to serve as platforms. On the right is a floating platform (I suggest it be part of the Brick Road sign in the background). Occasionally, Tessie, the Sky Runner, or the Bubble Monkey may appear as platforms. The background has some basic cliffs with a couple cave entrances, most notably Brick Road towards the right and the rest of the Stonehenge formations towards the left.
However, right between the rocks is the entrance to the alien base. Strange monsters may come out of there, such as the Lesser Mook (who can turn you to diamond), Whirling Robo (with a beam that will give you a cold), or a Starman. Perhaps we can include other strange Earthbound enemies as well, such as a Struttin' Evil Mushroom (the sanctuary boss here is a mushroom), to give it that 'Earthbound' feel.
I do think we should have Magicant (SSB4) as well to rep Mother 1.

I love EarthBound, and this stage looks really fun to play and a great rep for the game. I think this should replace Fourside, honestly, because having both that and Magicant means two stages from official Smash (original layout notwithstanding) for EarthBound, and I'm pretty sure that's not desirable. And as much as I love Fourside, too. I agree that Magicant should be in the game though, because it was clearly the best stage in Smash 3DS.
Would the Stonehenge pillars be totally solid, or just their tops? And would they be pass through?

I was imagining totally solid as in the actual game, but it could go either way.
