Not the best MK roster.
Pleased that Koopa returned,though.

...What happened to Kamek's big return that he really needs?

As for Petey, he's the least popular Mario Kart character. Why? His fat head blocks sight. And what about Paratroopa and DK Jr.? They were one time racers too.
...Or Hammer Bro, planned for Mario Kart Wii? Or Toadsworth, planned for Double Dash. Or E. Gadd, planned for DS. What makes a glorified Koopa any more special?

I see you didn't even say anything about Bowser Jr. or Diddy Kong, who actually deserve it. The only character equal to them in that regard is Waluigi.

I still don't got it how Waluigi didn't get in. -.-
