Curious Village: Another Misc Stage

I am proposing this unique stage that covers an important, popular Nintendo-exclusive series: Professor Layton. While our roster currently stands at 120, I feel as though we can fit this in somewhere (Personally, I'd remove Asteroids as we can include a reference to that on Asteroid Field or Space Invaders). Anyways...



This is the area for the layout. It will be a simple walk-off stage with the roofs extended so they hang over acting as makeshift drop-through platforms (Like Onett).

Now, this village has quite a few people living in it. You'll see all sorts of people walk by. Layton and Luke are always in the background. Occasionally, a person stops by Layton and has a red exclamation above their heads. Either Layton or Luke will make a comment ("Tell me if you've heard this one before..." or something of the sort), then a puzzle begins! Objects will appear around the stage to aid you in the puzzle.

For example, here is an example puzzle that could occur:



For this puzzle, the question and the 4 hats would appear on the screen. Whoever strikes the correct hat will recover some health and end the puzzle. However, striking the wrong hat will cause you damage. There is no time limit on the puzzles, as they will remain out until solved. Then either Layton or Luke will make another comment ("I've got it!", etc), and the villager will walk away.

In addition, there will be a scenery change from day to night and back. There will also (rarely) be a loud rumble occur throughout the stage, but it is purely for aethetic purposes only.


Comments, concerns, etc?

I'm just going to agree to having a Professor Layton Stage.

I agree to a Layton stage, I disagree with replacing one of those two. Can we replace a Star Fox stage instead? 5 IMO is too many.

I would agree with replacing Asteroids or Space Invaders for a Layton stage

I agree with this. Don't really see why Asteroids of all stages should get the boot.

Asteroid Field could be replaced.

No way. Just replace Brinstar Depths with something else, probably a Metroid Fusion stage.

Replace BRINSTAR for a fusion stage. Brinstar Depths would set us ahead. No fangame has anything like it.

Guys, Jak proposed Merging Asteroids with Space Invaders for an Outer Space stage. This leaves room for Curious Village to join the roster.
