Why do I need admin rights to run?

I don't have admin rights. The computer owner, my 27 year old brother does, and he's at work, and never lets me use admin rights. Crying or Very sad

It should be fine if you remove the word "patch" from the program title. Windows seems to assume that means it's changing something.
