A mafia is a type of game where the players are divided into 2 factions; "Town" and "Mafia".

The game is seperated into 2 phases that alternate between one another; Day and Night.

Since Town does not know who is Mafia, their job during the Day Phase is to vote who is to be Lynched. If the Town believe that someone's behavior is suspicious, they are be to Lynched.

During the Night phase, the Mafia can collaborately decide to assasinate one person.

Then it's Day Phase again, and so on

So it basically the concept of "Town of Salem" then. Makes sense. Might as well sign up

Yeah, this game is known by many names. You have also heard it as "Night At Palermo".
