Now that Doctor Mario is in the game, would it be possible to change this stage into a Doctor Mario stage?

Why would you just change a stage randomly because of 1 character Maeweather?

I know smash games have stages from their franchise that don't have any character reps. (Pictochat, Wrecking Crew, and Wuhu Island) but I thought because Doctor Mario and Tetris are both similar puzzle games they could just get rid of the Tetris stage for a Doctor Mario one.
