Input bug on character selection screen

I'm sorry if someone has pointed this out already, but I have found a glitch with controller input on the character selection screen. Specifically, when you go into solo -> training, The cursor goes all the way to a corner and refuses to be moved, forcing me to close the game. And this sometimes happens in crusade game-mode after you've finished a match, or just if there for extended periods. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm using an Afterglow PS3 controller if that is helpful at all, and Windows 10

Isn’t this game designed for a GameCube Controller?

The layout works nicely on the PS3 controller I have, just a bug with the character selection screen.

my ps4 controller works fine, maybe try redownloding?

What exactly would redownloading accomplish? If the download were corrupted, I probably wouldn't have been able to open the archive file.
