my items are below my characters (held from their feet) and it looks like they're skating.

This is a problem with the itempoint dll file. Check if your antivirus is blocking it.

I have windows defender and it isnt showing that anything is being blocked. is there a fix? maybe ive downloaded the file incorrectly?
