Other than my last choice from Pokémon's 3rd Generation, this idea came to my head. Now I have noticed there are no Ghosts-type Pokémon that are playable in the Super Smash Bros. franchise, so I thought who else but Sableye to represent Pokémon Generation III in Super Smash Bros. Crusade.
Sableye Move List:Stance: Sableye stance is similar to that of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. After 3 seconds Sableye twitches & jitters.

Side Taunt: Sableye sticks out its toungue in a "Nah nah nah" style.
Down Taunt: Sableye falls on the floor, laughing uncontrollably.

Side Attack: Sableye smacks with a right roundhouse open palm.

Standard Special: Power Gem - Sableye fires gemstone-like rays of light from its eyes.
Side Special: Shadow Claw - Sableye fiercely swipes with its claws empowered by Ghost energy. If the opponent is far, the moves will finish with a very short range projectile. If the opponent is within range, the move will knock the opponent back.
Down Special: Dark Pulse - Sableye unleashes dark energy surrounding it. The move has a small meteor effect. If it is properly timed, it can break shields.
Up Special: Zen Headbutt - Sableye's recovery move. Sableye can direct the Zen Headbutt. However it will only go in that direction. The move goes twice the distance on ground.
Grab Attack: Forward Throw: Sableye tosses the opponent forward with both it arms.
Backward Throw: Sableye throws the opponent underneath as Sableye hops over it.
Downward Throw: Sableye leaps straight up and then throws the opponent downward.
Upward Throw: Sableye tosses the opponent above and headbutts to send the opponent further.
Final Smash: Mega Sableye's Jeweled Laser - Sableye mega evolves into Mega Sableye and concentrates energy into its large red jewel for a devastating laser attack, which can be directed. After the move is finished Mega Sableye reverts into Sableye.
Why should this Pokémon be in Super Smash Bros. Crusade?Sableye covers the type that no other Pokémon that was played in Super Smash Bros. ever covered yet: The Ghost Type. Grass is covered by Snivy; Fighting is covered by Lucario; Fairy is covered by Jigglypuff; Electric is covered by Pikachu and Pichu; Psychic is covered by MewTwo; Water is...well, you are probably following where I am going by now. What I am trying to say is that there is no Ghost-type Pokémon in Super Smash Bros. Crusade. Other than representation, Sableye can be quite the unique addition.
