I have a suggestion for the voting ballot thing.

Unless you already do this, maybe tell us who the most voted characters are and then we will vote those two or three? This way it isn't as broad, and isn't decided by just two people.

So far, Jin and Quote are on it.

I'd personally pick Heihachi over Jin, but Jin is still a good Tekken rep.
Quote bugs me a bit, due him not being in Indie Fight (is that what it was called?) but it could be that Nicalis got over it.
I'll change my vote for Jin, but I hope you consider Quote for the future. and Mickey

Naruto definitely needs a resprite, because the Naruto I want to have is the one from Shippuden.
You can also create your own wishlist like the others did. ^^

Mr. Game & Watch, Doctor Doom, Steve, Darth Vader, Optimus Prime, Chun-Li etc. to return from the first game as well as the few characters who were announced but never added (Like Banjo-Kazooie).

Terry Bogard - Fatal Fury. If you've got MK and Blazblue you gotta have some SNK.
Leonardo - TMNT. You don't need all five ninja turtles, just Leo can do.
Rayman - I don't know how to explain why you should add him.
The Joker - Famous DC villain.
Wolverine - The only really big Marvel super hero that's missing.
Black Widow - So all the super heroes aren't all dudes.
Sailor Moon - One of the most well know anime of all time.
Yugi - Yugioh. Kinda the same thing with Sailor Moon.
Roll - Mega Man. I don't know just add her for the heck of it.
Morrigan - Darkstalkers. Let's just add every fighting game ever. (If you want more then you could also add Heart Aino from Arcana Heart, Filia from Skullgirls, Bad Mr. Frosty from Clayfighter and a few more SNK characters.)
Red Ranger - Power Rangers. I dunno if you got like MLP and Transformers and Marvel why not add the guys that just got a movie a little bit ago.
Hatsune Miku - How come I didn't think of this until just now
Colonel Sanders - Ronald's only true rival.
Saitama - Could be a good joke character to add once development is over. Just add him and everybody dies in one hit! It'd be great.

The only characters I disagree with you are Hatsune Miku and Saitama. Saitama, he wouldn't work. Like you said, one-punch = KO. This implies to Chara from Undertale as well.

Reasons for Hatsune Miku is because she may have a good reputation for japanese music, but a bad reputation on how blood thirsty her songs are. Seriously, Miku is a psychopath. I have no idea what you're talking about with Miku, like you said that she's not a killer but then she's a psychopath? I think you just phrased your sentence badly or something. Even if you did say both, you have SpongeBob and Jason in the same video game.

Ah, sorry. That was a bad reason why I don't want Miku in my game, I honestly didn't think she'll make any sense. I mean I have Meat Boy, but then Super Meat Boy Forever changed my mind and the reason why Meat Boy is still in.

Just look at the Miku in MUGEN. She's one of the most well made characters in MUGEN (from my knowledge). I can't force you, but just take a peak?

I have a suggestion for a character, could you put in Taizo Hori? You could use sprites from Famicom Fighters.

Things that are new coming to v0.4. Huge improvements are coming!

- Knockback system is better. Resets everytime you're out of the stage.
- Camera now follows both players. It no longer follows just Player 1.
