World Heroes 2, because it is such a big trainwreck of a bootleg fighting game, it's not even funny. But hey, it has the novelty of Mario beating up Donatello and Haggar "mayoring" Goku. However, said novelty fades away quickly thanks to the superior Top Fighter 2000 MK VIII, which allows you to beat up Goku as Michael Jorden.
Also, Laurence Blood from Fatal Fury has been renamed to Yaein. What kind of name is that?!
