80 Rules (From the Thread)
1. Post one character per post, and you can post only every 3 posts to make sure you don't create the entirety of it yourself. You may break this rule if a day has gone by with no new posts I guess.
2. Every character on the current roster has been cut and thus cannot be included. However, alternate versions of that character are allowed, if they weren't in the game previously.
3. Nintendo relevancy is no longer an issue, any character can get in.
