Steve's Cool Art Challenge

So I was bored and I thought it'd be cool to play a little game. You guys give me a request to draw someone, but I can't use a reference. You have to give me a little description of the character so that I can draw them. An example being:

Mario: Fat Italitan Plumber, white cartoony gloves, red cap, blue overalls, black mustache, brown shoes and red shirt.

To add to the challenge, I only get 5 minutes to draw the character, and I have to use MS Paint. I'm not sure if I'll color them, but if I do, it won't count towards the time.

Small, pink otter with white fur around the nose/mouth area. Has short, brown hair with some done up in a bun, with a blue ribbon holding it together (the ribbon has white polka dots). Wears a red concierge jacket with a yellow tie, and has a small gray dress. Small shoes. Oh yeah, also female.

Ended up looking more like a hamster

Also ended up figuring out who it is after I colored it lol

I have 2:

#1: Short Boxer with green gloves, green shorts, and a Black Tank-top. Has Black hair that is cut into a sort of flat-top style.

#2: White, dog-like creature with large, floppy ears. Each ear has 2 large green gems in them on the outside. She has large, green eyes, a generally happy expression, and Orange hair that is cut short. She wears an orange bracelet on her left arm, a Green bracelet on her right arm, and anklets (orange on right, green on left), along with a sleeve-less black Bodysuit. She also has a yellow/gold top above the bodysuit.

Body-builder, blond, dreads, sleeveless, red shirt, spiky wristbands, belt with a skull on the center, the shirt has 4 vampire teeth on the left and 4 vampire teeth on the right, long boots.

A mottled brown goblin-like creature. He has a blue tattered cloak and a snake tail instead of legs. In one hand he holds a sword with a face on the hilt, in the other he holds a giant severed head the size of a shield.

Question why'd you put Final Fantasy related in there? That can't really be put into a drawing

you are better at these obscure jrpg characters than almost anything else (its ted broiler from metal max 2)

I forgot to mention the white fur, but other than that I can't tell the difference

giant rhinoceros beetle, brown armor, green skin, silver-colored chest, stands on two legs, elephant-size legs, two toes, giant arms/hands, four fingers, two spikes on each of his (armored) arms, one spike on each of his (armored) legs.
