Pit [Kid Icarus] Discussion

Discuss whether or not you think Pit should be added to Super Smash Bros. Crusade.

Actually, Pit should be a safe bet at this point. I'm still surprised he's not in.

His moveset should be the one from Smash 4, though, because let's be honest: His Brawl moveset isn't even that good, and the Smash 4 moveset is much more canon.

Of course it should be his SSB4 moveset, but being 100% canon is not nearly as important as you make it out to be in a character's moveset. Some movesets could totally have liberties taken.

I know, but even when ignoring the canonity, I still think his Brawl moveset is pretty lack-luster.
Seriously, we wont lose much by giving Pit his Smash 4 moveset instead of his Brawl moveset.
And while we're at it, give him his Smash 4 voice as well. I don't want to have an angel who spins his bow while yelling like an undisciplined toddler.

implying he still isn't that in smash 4

His voice in Smash 4 may still be a bit annoying, but it's still much better than his blasted Brawl voice.

A dream of mine would be to have Pit use the Project M moveset with a few tweaks so that Dark Pit can be added with sm4sh's moveset..... but alas, that's just hopeful thinking from my part and any version of Pit is good to have in Crusade.

I support! I feel as if down special should be changed a bit though, maybe with less lag or bigger radius.

Honestly, I prefer Dark Pit as his attack is better but Support

Pit and Dark Pit share the same stats with the exception of 3 or 4 moves: Neutral B (Which loses the ability to aim as well), Side B (Which sends foes sideways instead of vertical) and such. Dark pit's attack isn't really better.

Yeah I looked it up, you're right. I just enjoy him yelling Electroshocker! and feeling it has more power.

it's not really a question of if they will put Pit in, but when do they Pit in.
