Always wished I could get in to traditional fighting games. Only one on this list I've spent a substantial amount of time with is UMvC3.

It takes a level of commitment it seems to me. Granted I grew up in a family that used fighting games as a proving ground of sorts,so it kinda came naturally after a while, lol.

Most of the games you have listed here, I've played for quite a while. Still getting back to Skullgirls, I usually play a solo team with Squigly. I haven't purchased Ultra SFIV, but I've played it for a few days as a rental, I usually play Juri. Didn't touch Dead or Alive in a while so I may go freshen up, and it's been a long time since I've played something from the MvC series.

I've played Tekken 4, 5 and 6 extensively with my friend.
Also Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects back in the day.

I love the Tekken series, I'm really hyped for Tekken 7 and Marvel Nemisis, the nostalgia is coming back from the GameCube days.

I didn't put Tekken Tag on the list because of the requirement of the Online pass. Would anyone even be interested in playing Tekken 6 even?

I wish I could, but I don't own the game anymore, sadly.

Blazblue and Street Fighter 4 are my drugs. I hope that Chrono Phantasma extend fixed the balance; cus I prefer Continuum Shift Extend over the original CP.

I've played all Smash games but Melee. I've just started to play USF4, and UMVC3, I've been watching that for a while. That game inspired my idea of Arthur in Smash, but this isn't the place for that.

I'm still kinda rusty when it comes to Mahvel, but it's one of my favorite VS-esk games. (Closely following behind Tastunoko VS Capcom,RIP that games online...)

Does anybody remember Jump! Ultimate Stars for the Nintendo DS? It was a Japan release only, so you could only get it through imports or ROMS

Yeah, it's pretty great. I just wish that it had better sprites.
I just downloaded the demo for Dragonball Z: Extreme Butoden, and I'm having great fun.

I kinda wonder, does that play anything like J Stars Victory VS? I might import it just to have another DS game to play. My library for it is kinda sparse.
While on the topic of underground fighters, anyone else grab Anarchy Reigns? That game is super fun online and makes for great Tournament hype.

I'm currently in the testing phase,it's a super easy-to-learn fighter with easy inputs. Every character is based off a different gimmick of the basic fighting game archetypes. (I.E The Shoto,Grappler,Charge Character, etc.) I main Edge because I really like his strong cross-up game. I believe the testing phase is open for all now,you just gotta sign up.

Victory VS is only on PS3/4 and Vita, I heard it wasn't very good either unfortunately. If you meant Jump Ultimate Stars, then yeah you totally should. I know GigaPichu loves that game in terms of who has played it.

Instead of Victory VS I got Gundam Extreme Versus: Full Boost.
I regret nothing.
Also, what major systems do you guys have? I kinda wanna plan something just to test stuff and things, unfortunately without my capture card for a bit.

RT is pretty good, I just have poor internet so I haven't gotten a solid connection yet.
I play Injustice, Brawlhalla, and a little bit of Yatagarasu AOC on PC and have a modded original xbox with a ton of old fighting games. Probably going to get a 3DS with Smash for my bday and then pick up SF4 for it later.

What's your opinion on SF4 on the 3DS? I'm definitely getting smash, since I've played it before on a friend's 3DS and had a ton of fun with it, but I've never been able to try SF4 for 3DS.

If we're on the subject of 3DS fighters, might I suggest LBX? It's a super fun game kinda in the vein of Gundam Build Fighters. It also let's you customize your robotic Fighter and have tons of different weapons. The only downside is that to get more options you have to play through the story.
Gameplay is super great though.

All I will tell you, do not use the Pro setup unless you're ready to endure some slight difficulties with the circle pad, which I do myself. You can use the D-Pad but, it's not what I'm used to at least, but the game is generally fun and the " Lite " controls practially makes every character you had trouble executing moves with a lot easier in a sense. The background isn't interactive, but you aren't missing too much. Just expect nothing less from the console port of SSFIV from PS3/X360/PC. Besides the over the shoulder view or " 3D Versus " modes for both online and offline, that's not too hard to get used to after a few matches. Overall, it's good as Dead or Alive Demensions.

I just got Ultra Street Fighter IV for PC, so if anybody wants to play that at some point, I'm game. I'm out of practice, though.
I also have Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition for PS3 if that would work.

I would, but I can't, as I have vowed to never play Street Fighter, ever again.
