Controller help!

Hi smashers! I would like to know if anyone can help me configure my control stick so when i smash it i run, or tilt I walk. Plz respond, also if may you please send me the configuration in a zip file, or just show me in pictures. I am a visual learner. I am using joytokey

I don't use a controller but I'm happy to tell you, you wont have to worry about this in the newest version
