I wanted to make a discussion topic for Wreck-It Ralph in the "Unofficial Character" thread, but I'm kinda stumped as to whether Ralph would fall under a 3rd-Party or 4th-Party. Wreck-it-Ralph does indeed fall under the 4th party rule so he is not applicable, sorry.

Didn't we reach the conclusion a long time ago that he can count as 3rd party because his first appearance was technically in a promotional playable arcade cabinet?

That's stretching at best and even then he is held back by our other rule in which he must be owned by a video game corporation.

Yeah, I agree with Spooks. Even considering the fact that Ralph's game is owned by a company called "TobiKomi", the name of said company was made up by Disney and therefore is bogus.

So yeah. Sorry, Ralphie. This can be locked now.
