Huh? I... um... no. We already have a Frogger topic, which was left off at a decent stopping point, and as I've said before, you have to be delicate when it comes to mobile gaming icons.
Having any mobile game character in is a stretch because passion in video gaming and connection with characters don't mean as much when the game you're playing is literally a wallet-emptying ploy crafted by a bored team of young adults on an tiny screen that relies on imprecise controls to keep you challenged. The game may be addictive, but as SSBC is made to last, the character, (which is in fact a self-insert of the devs) in prospect, will almost certainly be forgettable.
And on an unrelated note, you seriously couldn't even come up with the 4 cardinal specials? Keep in mind that a normal Super Smash Bros. character has at the very, very least 28 moves. Out of these minimum 28, there is also the possibility of aerial variants of Specials, Z-airs, G-airs, (Glide attacks) alternate versions of other moves, and so on.
So no, I do NOT support hipster whale. Sorry.
